EMPREENDEDORISMO E AÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA: PRÁTICAS, CONHECIMENTOS E SABERES
Para o ingresso no mercado de trabalho, com ambições e desejo de crescimento, é preciso conhecer as noções básicas de empreendedorismo. Sendo assim, o presente artigo se dedica à discussão do empreendedorismo em suas práticas, conhecimentos e saberes. Isto se faz dentro do contexto da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica. Procura-se desenvolver argumentos que levem à compreensão do empreendedorismo em seus aspectos mais relevantes para os dias atuais, pois se deseja saber quais estratégias podem ser adotadas para se trabalhar a prática empreendedora no processo de ensino aprendizagem, partindo das experiências já vividas pelos alunos nos cursos técnicos em nível médio. Se faz importante entender como elaborar estratégias nos referidos cursos de qualificação profissional para se trabalhar a prática empreendedora no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. A pesquisa trata ainda da investigação acerca do posicionamento de estudantes de turmas do Curso Técnico em Administração do Centro Estadual de Educação Técnica Vasco Coutinho, situado no município de Vila Velha, ES. É válido destacar que a prática empreendedora já é uma constante na vida dos alunos, que o fazem sem perceber, que estão mantendo uma tradição, disseminando um novo negócio, e se mantendo financeiramente com ações simples que os fazem empreendedores.

Abstract:
To enter the job market, with ambitions and desire for growth, it is necessary to know the basics of entrepreneurship. Therefore, this article is dedicated to the discussion of entrepreneurship in its practices, knowledge and knowledge. This is done within the context of Professional and Technological Education. We seek to develop arguments that lead to the understanding of entrepreneurship in its most relevant aspects for the present day, as we want to know what strategies can be adopted to work the entrepreneurial practice in the teaching-learning process, based on the experiences already lived by the students in the technical courses at the secondary level. It is important to understand how to develop strategies in these professional qualification courses to work the entrepreneurial practice in the teaching-learning process. The research also deals with the investigation about the positioning of students from the Technical Course in Administration at the Vasco Coutinho State Technical Education Center, located in the city of Vila Velha, ES. It is worth noting that the entrepreneurial practice is already a constant in the lives of students, who do it without realizing it, that they are maintaining a tradition, spreading a new business, and supporting themselves financially with simple actions that make them entrepreneurs.
