EMERGÊNCIAS OBSTÉTRICAS: REPRESENTAÇÕES SOCIAIS DA EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL DO SERVIÇO DE ATENDIMENTO MÓVEL DE URGÊNCIA
O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) é um método de assistência à saúde e tem como objetivo a chegada prévia à vítima após um agravo, seja de caráter clínico, cirúrgico, traumático, obstétrico, pediátrico, psiquiátrico, entre outros. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa consistiu em: Analisar as representações sociais da equipe multiprofissional do SAMU sobre emergências obstétricas. E como objetivos específicos: Caracterizar o perfil biopsicossocial da equipe multiprofissional do SAMU e levantar as representações sociais da equipe multiprofissional do SAMU sobre emergências obstétricas. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, exploratório, baseado na Teoria das Representações Sociais (TRS). O lócus do estudo foi o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência, do município de Itabuna. Os sujeitos foram os profissionais da equipe multiprofissional do SAMU conforme critérios de inclusão. Foram utilizados como instrumentos para a coleta a entrevista semiestruturada e o DET. A análise dos dados da entrevista semiestruturada e da estória contida no DET foi fundamentada na análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin e a análise do iconográfico do DET foi fundamentada em Coutinho. Constatou-se que os profissionais representam as situações obstétricas com ambiguidades, permitindo a análise acerca do que é positivo e negativo. Ademais, percebe-se que a realidade denota facilidades e dificuldades no serviço, sendo indispensável à continuidade das capacitações através da educação continuada, propiciando atenção adequada para situações consideradas graves. Conclui-se que, o SAMU é fundamental para as gestantes, por ter profissionais habilitados para lidar com situações obstétricas, auxiliando na redução da mortalidade materna e fetal.

Abstract:
The Mobile Urgency Care Service (SAMU) is a health care method and aims at the prior arrival to the victim after an injury, whether of a clinical, surgical, traumatic, obstetric, pediatric, psychiatric nature, among others. The general objective of this research was to analyze the social representations of SAMU's multiprofessional team on obstetric emergencies. And as specific objectives: To characterize the biopsychosocial profile of SAMU's multiprofessional team and to raise the social representations of SAMU's multiprofessional team on obstetric emergencies. It is a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory study based on the Theory of Social Representations (TRS). The locus of study was the Mobile Emergency Care Service in the city of Itabuna. The sujects were the professionals of the multiprofessional team of SAMU according to inclusion criteria. The semi-structured interview and the DET were used as instruments for the collection. The analysis of the semi-structured interview data and the story contained in the DET was based on the content analysis proposed by Bardin and the iconographic analysis of the DET was based on Coutinho. It was found that professionals represent obstetric situations with ambiguities, allowing the analysis of what is positive and negative. In addition, it was noticed that the reality denotes facilities and difficulties in the service, being indispensable the continuity of the training through continued education, providing adequate attention to situations considered serious. It is concluded that SAMU is fundamental for pregnant, for having professionals qualified to deal with obstetric situations, helping in the reduction of maternal and fetal mortality.
