EMBATE ONTOLÓGICO ENTRE A INSTITUIÇÃO MÉDICA EM MOÇAMBIQUE E AS PRÁTICAS DE CURA TSONGA
Este texto se propõe a abordar acerca do emaranhado das relações entre a medicina institucional e redes locais de cuidado. Aqui, as entidades espirituais e não espirituais que estabelecem o cuidado a partir do conhecimento Tsonga, serão chamadas de redes locais de cuidado. Ao longo do texto são esmiuçadas as disputas em torno do cuidado em Moçambique, a partir de entrevistas e observações com pacientes, com as entidades das redes locais de cuidado, principalmente, os Tinyanga, e com profissionais da instituição médica, os profissionais da saúde na sua relação com os pacientes e por fim com profissionais do Instituto da Medicina Tradicional, um departamento do Ministério da Saúde, que intermedia as relações entre as redes locais de cuidado com a medicina institucional. As arenas de disputa entre as duas redes de cuidado se circunscrevem nos modos de produção da vida. Entre os Tsonga o processo de produção da vida se dá numa trama relacional entre humanos e não humanos, (entidades espirituais, os objetos e o meio em si). Esse modo de produção da vida constrasta com o ocidental, sob o qual o Estado e suas instituições estatais se gerenciam em moçambique.

Abstract:
This text aims to address the tangle of relations between institutional medicine and local care networks. Here, the spiritual and non-spiritual entities that establish care from Tsonga knowledge will be called local networks of care. Throughout the text, disputes over care in Mozambique are eeached, from interviews and observations with patients, with the entities of local care networks, mainly the Tinyanga, and with professionals of the medical institution, health professionals in their relationship with patients and finally with professionals from the Institute of Traditional Medicine, a department of the Ministry of Health, which mediates the relations between local networks of care with institutional medicine. The arenas of dispute between the two networks of care are circumscribed in the modes of production of life. Among the Tsonga, the process of producing life takes place in a relational plot between humans and non-humans (spiritual entities, objects and the environment itself). This mode of production of life constrasta with the Western, under which the State and its state institutions are managed in Mozambique.
