Abstract: Ectopic pregnancies account for 2% of all pregnancies, and among them, cesarean scar pregnancy is a rare entity associated with high maternal morbidity and mortality. We present the case of a 29-year-old patient G6P1A5 diagnosed with an asymptomatic cesarean scar pregnancy at 6 weeks of amenorrhea by transvaginal ultrasound. Due to the patient's desire for future fertility, it was decided to use medical management with methotrexate. The aim of this work is to demonstrate the successful use of medical management as the sole therapy for a cesarean scar pregnancy.
