ELABORAÇÃO DO PLANO DIRETOR DE DRENAGEM PLUVIAL URBANA PARA UM CÂMPUS UNIVERSITÁRIO (PDDrU)
A impermeabilização do solo e a
retirada da cobertura vegetal, em uma área
urbana interferem no processo hidrológico,
alterando as condições naturais de infiltração
da água no solo, reduzindo o atrito da água com
o solo e aumentando o escoamento superficial,
tanto no volume como na sua velocidade.
O projeto de pesquisa tem como objetivo, a
elaboração de um Plano de Drenagem Pluvial
Urbana Sustentável para o Câmpus, com a
inserção de jardins de chuvas, telhado verdes,
sistemas de poços de infiltração e instalação de
pavimentos permeável. O Campus Universitário
localiza-se no Município de Apucarana, Norte
do Estado do Paraná, Brasil. O Campus já
apresenta uma infraestrutura de sistema
de coleta de águas pluviais, porém, com o
passar dos anos, tem sofrido com inundações
decorrentes do escoamento superficial local,
que afeta, principalmente quatro blocos
institucionais e o restaurante universitário,
devido pela área de impermeabilização local,
com a expansão de obras e a declividade do
terreno.

Abstract:
Soil waterproofing and removal of
the vegetation cover in an urban area interfere
in the hydrological process, altering the natural
conditions of water infiltration in the soil, reducing
water friction with the soil and increasing the
surface runoff, both in volume as in speed. The
research project aims at the elaboration of a
Sustainable Urban Rainwater Drainage Plan for
the Campus, with the insertion of rain gardens,
green roofs, infiltration wells systems and the installation of permeable pavements. The
University Campus is located in the Apucarana City, North of the State of Paraná, Brazil.
The Campus already presents a system infrastructure for rainwater collection, but, over
the years, has suffered with floods resulting from the local runoff, which affects, mainly
four institutional blocks and the restaurant university, due to the local waterproofing
area, with the expansion of works and the slope of the terrain.
