Elucidar aos pacientes e aos

acompanhantes o fluxo de atendimento na

“Rede de Atenção à Saúde Oncológica” em

um hospital público referência em oncologia

no Estado do Pará. Descrição da experiência:

Participaram da atividade 16 pacientes e 10

acompanhantes totalizando 26 participantes. A

problematização da metodologia selecionada

para o planejamento da atividade surgiu da

observação das dificuldades dos usuários

do SUS em compreender o fluxo do paciente

oncológico dentro da RAS. Diante disso, o tema

escolhido para ação educativa foi “Fluxo da Rede

de Atenção à Saúde do paciente Oncológico”,

lançamos mão da Tecnologia Educacional em

Enfermagem para uma melhor compreensão

do paciente sobre o fluxo. Elaborado a partir da

realização de uma ação Educativa em Saúde

centrada na dificuldade que o usuário tem

em compreender o fluxo da RAS oncológica.

Conclusão: A experiência proporcionou a todos

os atores envolvidos a relevante importância

das ações de Educação em Saúde, que devem

ser executadas nos mais diversos cenários e

lançando mão, quando possível de Tecnologias

Educacionais em Saúde para um melhor

aprendizado dos alunos, que nesse caso foram

os pacientes e acompanhantes do ambiente

hospitalar.

Abstract:
To elucidate to patients and

caregivers the flow of care in the “Network of

Attention to Oncological Health” in a public

reference hospital in oncology in the State of

Pará. Description of the experience: 16 patients

and 10 companions totaled 26 participants. The

problematization of the selected methodology

for the planning of the activity arose from the observation of the difficulties of SUS

users in understanding the flow of cancer patients within the RAS. Faced with this, the

theme chosen for educational action was “Flow of the Attention Network to the Health

of the Cancer Patient”, we launched Nursing Educational Technology for a better

understanding of the patient about the flow. Prepared from the accomplishment of an

Educational Health action centered on the difficulty that the user has in understanding

the flow of oncologic RAS. Conclusion: The experience provided to all the actors

involved the relevant importance of the actions of Health Education, which should be

executed in the most diverse scenarios and using, whenever possible, Health Education

Technologies for a better learning of the students, which in this case were the patients

and companions of the hospital environment.
