ELABORAÇÃO DE GUIA PARA CONSULTA DE ENFERMAGEM GERONTOLÓGICA BASEADO EM TEORIA DE ENFERMAGEM

INTRODUÇÃO: Uma teoria de enfermagem aponta  versões da realidade e oferece elementos para soluções dos problemas relacionados à assistência. Para agregar valores e no contexto teórico-assistencial, foi elaborado um guia de consulta específico para o público idoso, pois considera-se que o instrumento implementa a SAE na consulta gerontológica, promovendo uma nova rotina quanto a utilização do impresso oferecendo subsídios  na  qualidade  da  assistência   fortalecendo e valorizando  as condutas da equipe de enfermagem. OBJETIVOS: Descrever a experiência de estudantes de enfermagem na elaboração de um instrumento de sistematização da assistência de enfermagem em uma consulta de  saúde do idoso, baseado na teoria das necessidades humanas básicas de Wanda Aguiar Horta. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, do tipo relato de experiência, realizada em uma instituição de ensino superior em Fortaleza-Ce. RESULTADOS: Criação de uma ferramenta que aborda todas as fases do processo de enfermagem (PE) com base na teoria das necessidades humanas básicas, onde o cuidado será sistematizado e documentado, e assim arquivado no prontuário do paciente. CONCLUSÃO: O instrumento elaborado é de suma importância estratégica para uma organização da realização do PE, na assistência do enfermeiro.

  • Abstract: INTRODUCTION: A nursing theory points to versions of reality and offers elements for solving problems related to care. In order to add value and in the context of theory and care, a specific consultation guide was drawn up for the elderly, as it is considered that the instrument implements the SNC in gerontological consultations, promoting a new routine regarding the use of the form, offering support in the quality of care, strengthening and valuing the conduct of the nursing team. OBJECTIVES: To describe the experience of nursing students in developing an instrument for systematizing nursing care in an elderly health consultation, based on Wanda Aguiar Horta's theory of basic human needs. METHODOLOGY: This is a descriptive study, with an experience report, carried out at a higher education institution in Fortaleza, Ceará. RESULTS: Creation of a tool that addresses all phases of the nursing process (NP) based on the theory of basic human needs, where care will be systematized and documented, and thus filed in the patient's medical record. CONCLUSION: The tool developed is of the utmost strategic importance for organizing the implementation of the NP in nursing care.
