ELABORAÇÃO DE FOLDERS PARA DIVULGAÇÃO DO CURSO DE ENGENHARIA DE ALIMENTOS EM NAVIRAÍ - MS
A engenharia de alimentos é uma área que tem como foco desenvolver projetos, planejar, coordenar, programar, monitorar, fazer levantamentos técnicos para uma maior produtividade e percepção de problemas, gerenciar equipes e prepará-las para desenvolver trabalhos na indústria de alimentos. Além disso, atualmente a formulação de alimentos com elevada qualidade e as exigências dos consumidores, tornam importante a formação de novos profissionais desta área. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo a elaboração de folders informativos e a divulgação dos mesmos na comunidade e escolas do município de Naviraí- MS, para que a população em geral e estudantes tivessem maior conhecimento sobre o curso de Engenharia de Alimentos da Universidade Estadual de Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS) - Unidade Universitária de Naviraí. Para elaboração do folder, foram realizadas pesquisas para obtenção de informações sobre o curso e o profissional, como por exemplo, as áreas de atuação, o mercado de trabalho e informações da área de alimentos em geral. Posteriormente foi determinado como seria a melhor maneira de inserir e apresentar essas informações no folder. A distribuição dos folders foi realizada em frente às escolas da rede pública de ensino no dia da prova do Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (ENEM), além disso, realizou-se a distribuição dos folders no comércio local e durante eventos e visitas de estudantes na UEMS, Unidade Universitária de Naviraí.

Abstract:
Food engineering is an area that focuses on developing projects, planning, coordinating, scheduling, monitoring, making technical surveys for greater productivity and perception of problems, managing teams and preparing them to develop work in the food industry. In addition, currently the formulation of food with high quality and the requirements of consumers, make important the formation of new professionals in this area. The objective of this research was to elaborate informative brochures and disseminate them in the community and schools in the municipality of Naviraí-MS, so that the general population and students had greater knowledge about the course of Food Engineering of the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS) - University unit of Naviraí. For the elaboration of the folder, researches were conducted to obtain information about the course and the professional, such as the areas of activity, the labor market and information of the food area in general. Subsequently it was determined how the best way to insert and present this information in the folder. The distribution of the brochures was carried out in front of the schools of the public Education Network on the day of the test of the National High School Exam (ENEM), in addition, the distribution of the brochures was carried out in the local trade and during events and student visits at UEMS, University unit of Naviraí.
