Abstract: The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between work climate and satisfaction of administrative personnel in a municipality in the Puno region of Peru. A quantitative approach of correlational scope was used with a sample of 55 administrative workers. Data were collected using the Work Climate Scale SL-SPC and the Job Satisfaction Scale. The results revealed a significant evaluation between both variables, with communication, supervision and human relations being the dimensions of work climate most related to satisfaction. It is concluded that a positive work environment directly influences the level of job satisfaction (rho= 0.416), and improvements in the areas of training and working conditions are recommended to optimize results.
