El otro como principio ético en los modelos de formación y acompañamiento a emprendedores
En un momento empresarial como el que vivimos en la actualidad hiperconectados, sin límites de información acerca de la competencia, con deseos de poder y riqueza desbordados y con una educación en la que todo es posible, se hace urgente retornar al ser desde la esencia, contemplando la posibilidad de estar con otros, donde exista la posibilidad de crear un mundo colectivo no necesariamente desde la colectividad que conocemos hoy, confundida con la igualdad o uniformidad. Por ende, el fomento de la presencia del otro en el emprendedor se hace urgente, en la medida que el otro debe ser el punto de partida para la toma de decisiones, por consiguiente, es fundamental desde las entidades del ecosistema emprendedor generar acciones que permitan generar conciencia y fomentar la ética más allá del código, desde la mirada del otro y la oportunidad de reconciliarnos con el no yo.

Abstract:
In an entrepreneurial moment like the one we live in today, hyperconnected, without limits of information about competition, with desires for power and wealth overflowing and with an education in which everything is possible, it is urgent to return to being from the essence, contemplating the possibility of being with others, where there is the possibility of creating a collective world not necessarily from the collectivity that we know today, confused with equality or uniformity. Therefore, the promotion of the presence of the other in the entrepreneur becomes urgent, to the extent that the other must be the starting point for decision making, therefore, it is essential from the entities of the entrepreneurial ecosystem to generate actions to raise awareness and promote ethics beyond the code, from the look of the other and the opportunity to reconcile with the not-self.
