EL MARCO NORMATIVO DEL TURISMO SUSTENTABLE, EL CASO DE LA MICRO CUENCA DEL RÍO DELGADO
La presente investigación es resultado de la recopilación y análisis de las leyes y disposiciones que le dan certeza jurídica a la práctica del turismo sustentable centrado en caso de estudio de la Microcuenca del Rio Delgado, Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca, México. Esto con la finalidad de tener una propuesta de desarrollo del turismo sustentable alineada a la normatividad internacional y nacional en caso de Mexico, para comunidades apartadas de los centros urbanos y que por sus condiciones geográficas, acceso a los servicios y políticas gubernamentales, se les imposibilita ofertar servicios turísticos homogéneos al turismo tradicional, reduccionista y antropocéntrico. Este objetivo de investigación se da cumplimiento, a través del análisis de información documental de la normatividad de lo general a lo particular en materia de turismo sustentable, complementada con casos de éxito y aterrizado en el caso específico de esta investigación el desarrollo del turismo sustentable del caso de la Microcuenca de Rio Delgado. Las comunidades como la del caso de esta investigación reúnen las características que las leyes que regulan el turismo sustentable requieren como son riqueza cultural, natural y conservación de conocimiento biocéntrico.

Abstract:
This research is the product of the compilation and analysis of the laws and provisions that give legal certainty to the practice of sustainable tourism focused on a case study of the Micro-basin of the Rio Delgado, Tlaxiaco, Oaxaca, Mexico. This in order to have a proposal for the development of sustainable tourism aligned with international and national regulations in the case of Mexico, for communities far from urban centers and that due to their geographical conditions, access to services and government policies, make it impossible for them to offer homogeneous tourism services to traditional, reductionist and anthropocentric tourism. This research objective is fulfilled, through the analysis of documentary information of the regulations from the general to the particular in terms of sustainable tourism, complemented with success stories and landed in the specific case of this research, the development of sustainable tourism in the case of the Rio Delgado micro-basin. Communities like the one in the case of this research meet the characteristics that the laws that regulate sustainable tourism require, such as cultural and natural wealth and the conservation of biocentric knowledge.
