Abstract: This philosophical cosmology proposes a synthesis between quantum physics, metaphysics of will, and the ontology of information. Inspired by Stephen Hawking’s question about the “fire” that breathes life into the equations of the universe, the author argues that neither physics nor philosophy alone can answer it. Instead, the answer lies in their radical convergence. The universe is not a blind accident but the manifestation of a primordial volitional act. Drawing from thinkers like Aquinas, Kant, Nishida, Penrose, and Wheeler, the work suggests that freedom, consciousness, and information are essential to understanding reality. The quantum vacuum is interpreted as the potentiality of a primordial Mind, and the emergence of matter as a structured act within a rational context. Ultimately, the cosmos is seen as a self-similar thought—a fractal expression of cosmic consciousness across all levels of existence.
