EJA: DIREITOS SOCIAIS EM CONFLITOS COM AS “NOVAS” IDEOLOGIAS.
Este trabalho objetiva refletir sobre as reformas educativas que visam colocar as políticas educacionais sob a lógica do mercado por meio da competição, meritocracia e responsabilização. Esses novos elementos, são forjados a adentrar e preponderar no contexto escolar, sob os domínios da economia em que o lucro e manutenção de recursos fica retido à uma pequena parcela de pessoas que exploram grande parte da sociedade. É, também fruto de estudo de referenciais teóricos, documentos sobre legislação educacional, e pesquisa in lócus, com caráter bibliográfico, tomando por base autores como Carnoy e Castro (1997), Peroni (2003), Freitas (2011), Militão (2006), Silva (2019), entre outros. A pesquisa demonstra que as mudanças são impactantes, mas não são novas, nos últimos vinte anos elas se intensificam para corresponder às expectativas das políticas internacionais, em que a doutrina neoliberalista busca ajustar a economia na reforma de um Estado em crise. A educação é um dos setores mais afetados, e, no Brasil, a EJA, como política de reparação social visando a formação de cidadão para a construção de uma sociedade em que a injustiça social não seja ápice da exploração humana, tende a ser ação diminuta do Estado mínimo.

Abstract:
This work aims to reflect on educational reforms that aim to place educational policies under the logic of the market through competition, meritocracy and accountability. These new elements are forged to enter and predominate in the school context, under the domains of the economy where profit and maintenance of resources are retained by a small portion of people who exploit a large part of society. It is also the result of the study of theoretical references, documents on educational legislation, and research in locus, with bibliographic character, based on authors such as Carnoy and Castro (1997), Peroni (2003), Freitas (2011), Militão (2006) , Silva (2019), among others. The research shows that the changes are impactful, but they are not new, in the last twenty years they have intensified to correspond to the expectations of international policies, in which the neoliberalist doctrine seeks to adjust the economy in the reform of a state in crisis. Education is one of the most affected sectors, and in Brazil, EJA, as a policy of social reparation aiming at the formation of citizens for the construction of a society in which social injustice is not the peak of human exploitation, tends to be a small action of the minimum state.
