EFICIÊNCIA DA ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA EM AVICULTURA CAIPIRA NO MUNICÍPIO DE ALTANEIRA, CEARÁ
A cadeia produtiva da avicultura no Nordeste é uma das atividades alternativas mais importantes na subsistência e renda da agricultura familiar. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar a eficiência da assistência técnica em avicultura caipira e produção de ovos no município de Altaneira, Ceará. Com base nos dados obtidos permitem projeções representativas sobre os fatores de interferência em relação a comercialização de aves e produção de ovos no município.

Abstract:
The poultry farming production chain in the Northeast is one of the most important alternative activities in the subsistence and income of family farming. This work aims to evaluate the efficiency of technical assistance in free-range poultry and egg production in the municipality of Altaneira, Ceará. Based on the data obtained, they allow representative projections on the interference factors in relation to the commercialization of birds and egg production in the municipality.
