EFICÁCIA DOS PROTOCOLOS DE EMERGÊNCIA PRÉ-HOSPITALAR PELA EQUIPE DE ATENDIMENTO DO SERVIÇO MÓVEL DE URGÊNCIA A CLIENTES POLITRAUMATIZADOS.
Objetivo: Analisar as evidências disponíveis na literatura cientifica acerca da aplicabilidade dos protocolos de emergências APH e RCP sua semelhança, finalidades e eficácia. Resultados: A utilização de protocolos na assistência de Enfermagem garante maior segurança aos usuários e profissionais, com a Sistematização dos protocolos XABCDE e CAB são possíveis direcionar o atendimento ao politraumatizado e, com efeito, reduzir os agravos e as mortalidades. Conclusão: As abordagens dos protocolos de APH e RCP embora diferentes, pois, o protocolo de APH aplica-se em situação de emergência voltado ao trauma e o protocolo de RCP em situação de emergência clinica ambos os Protocolos de Emergências têm a finalidade de restabelecer o quando hemodinâmico do paciente o mais breve possível e evitar novos agravos de lesões. A aplicabilidade dos protocolos terá um resultado positivo se forem realizados de forma rápida e adequados por profissionais ou mesmo leigos treinados sempre avaliando tempo resposta.

Abstract:
Objetive: To analyze the evidence available in the scientific literature about the applicability of APH and RCP emergency protocols, their similarity, purposes and efficacy. Results: The use of protocols in nursing care ensures greater safety for users and professionals, with the Systematization of XABCDE and CAB protocols it is possible to direct care to the polytrumatized and, in effect, reduce injuries and mortalities. Conclusion: The approaches of the PHC and CPR protocols, although different, because the PHC protocol is applied in an emergency situation aimed at trauma and the CPR protocol in clinical emergency situations both emergency protocols have the purpose of reestablishing the hemodynamic time of the patient as soon as possible and avoiding further injuries. The applicability of the protocols will have a positive result if they are performed quickly and appropriately by professionals or even trained laypeople always evaluating response time. -
