EFICÁCIA DA DRENAGEM LINFÁTICA MANUAL NO PÓS-OPERATÓRIO DE ABDOMINOPLASTIA:SOB A PERCEPÇÃO DE PACIENTES NA QUALIDADE DA RECUPERAÇÃO
Nos últimos anos, a abdominoplastia
está entre as intervenções cirúrgicas mais
realizadas no Brasil e no mundo, este
trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar eficácia da
drenagem linfática manual no pós-operatório da
abdominoplastia sob a percepção dos pacientes
em recuperação, destacando quais os principais
ganhos e efeitos advindos da drenagem
linfática manual durante a recuperação do pósoperatório,
sobrepondo a drenagem linfática
como um ponto importante na qualidade de
vida pós-cirúrgico. A pesquisa contou com uma
amostra de 10 pacientes em recuperação. Os
procedimentos metodológicos correspondem
a uma pesquisa exploratória numa análise
descritiva, tendo como instrumento de coletas
o questionário. Os dados foram analisados
no pacote estatístico computadorizado
Statistical Package for the social Science
(SPSS) versão 21.0. Os resultados mostram
que as entrevistadas têm idade média entre
39,1 ± 7,8, onde 80% da amostra realizou
abdominoplastia completa. Observou-se que
a maioria das mulheres entrevistas (70%) não
desenvolveu complicação no pós-operatório.
Observou-se que todas as entrevistadas
(100%) realizaram a drenagem linfática manual
com um profissional habilitado. Após análise
dos dados, conclui-se que a DLM é eficaz no
pós-operatório da abdominoplastia, visto que
todas as entrevistadas se sentiram melhor após
tal procedimento, onde os principais benefícios
são (60%) das entrevistadas relataram que a
drenagem linfática manual diminuiu a retenção
de líquido, já os (40%) restante relataram que a
DLM foi essencial pós cirurgia, proporcionando
alivio e bem-estar após realização da drenagem
linfática manual.

Abstract:
In recent years, abdominoplasty is among the most performed surgical
interventions in Brazil and worldwide, this study aims to evaluate the efficacy of manual
lymphatic drainage in the postoperative period of abdominoplasty under the perception
of Recovering patients, highlighting the main gains and effects arising from manual
lymphatic drainage during postoperative recovery, overlapping lymphatic drainage as
an important point in the post-surgical quality of life. The research consisted of a sample
of 10 patients recovering. The methodological procedures correspond to an exploratory
research in a descriptive analysis, having as instrument of collection the questionnaire.
The data were analyzed in the statistical package for the social Science (SPSS)
version 21.0. The results show that the interviewees have a mean age between 39.1
± 7.8, where 80% of the sample performed complete abdominoplasty. It was observed
that most women interviews (70%) Did not develop postoperative complication. It was
observed that all interviewees (100%) Performed manual lymphatic drainage with a
qualified professional. After analyzing the data, it is concluded that the DLM is effective
in the postoperative period of abdominoplasty, since all the interviewees felt better
after such procedure, where the main benefits are (60%) Of the interviewees reported
that manual lymphatic drainage decreased fluid retention, whereas (40%) Remainder
reported that the DLM was essential after surgery, providing relief and well-being after
performing manual lymphatic drainage.
