EFEITOS DO EXTRATO ETANÓLICO DE JABUTICABA SOBRE A CONTAGEM DE LINFÓCITOS EM ÓRGÃOS LINFOIDES DE FRANGOS DE CORTE INOCULADOS COM SALMONELLA Heidelberg
Objetivou-se com este estudo avaliar
o efeito da suplementação do extrato etanólico
de sementes e casca de jabuticaba sobre o
número de linfócitos no baço, bursa e tonsila
cecal de frangos de corte experimentalmente
inoculados com Salmonella Heidelberg via
inglúvio. A adição do extrato etanólico de
jabuticaba na ração de frangos de corte
aumentou a quantidade de linfócitos no baço
das aves.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to
evaluate the effect of the supplementation of the
ethanolic extract of seeds and bark of jabuticaba
on the number of lymphocytes in the spleen,
bursa and cecal tonsil of broilers experimentally
inoculated with Salmonella Heidelberg. The
addition of the ethanolic extract of jabuticaba
in the broiler ration increased the amount of
lymphocytes in the spleen of broilers
