EFEITO DO MÉTODO DE CUIDADO MÃE CANGURU: REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
O Método de Cuidado Mãe Canguru é definido como o contato precoce pele a pele, entre a mãe e o filho prematuro ou de baixo peso ao nascer, na forma mais contínua e prolongada possível com a amamentação, para que ambos se beneficiem das vantagens. Pode ser considerada uma alternativa mais económica e humana à incubadora. Atualmente, são numerosos os estudos que dão atenção especial à termorregulação, à amamentação, quebras de apneia, dores, infeções, ganho de peso e aos aspetos afetivos e de vínculo dos pais com o recém-nascido. Além dos aspetos socioeconómicos, pois reduz o tempo de internamento. Para sua aplicação devemos ter em conta profissionais capacitados e ações da parte da administração. Objetivo: Aprofundar conhecimentos sobre os benefícios do método canguru em recém-nascidos prematuros. Método: Revisão bibliográfica nos idiomas português, espanhol e inglês nas bases de dados PubMed-Medline, Scielo e Lilacs. fazendo várias pesquisas com o Google Scholar. Selecionaram-se artigos dos últimos dez anos. Resultados: Verificámos que na pesquisa realizada encontrámos informação relevante que salienta as dificuldades e também as facilidades na implementação/efetivação do Método Mãe Canguru nas Unidades de Neonatologia. Conclusões: Concluímos que nas equipas de profissionais de saúde com formação sobre este método, existe uma maior adesão porque conseguem perceber os benefícios, nestes bebés.

Abstract:
The Kangaroo Mother Care Method is defined as the early skin-to-skin contact between the mother and the premature or low birth weight child, in the most continuous and prolonged way possible with breastfeeding, so that both benefit from the advantages. It can be considered a more economical and humane alternative to the incubator. Currently, there are numerous studies that give special attention to thermoregulation, breastfeeding, breaks in apnea, pain, infections, weight gain and the affective and bonding aspects of parents with the newborn. In addition to the socioeconomic aspects, as it reduces the length of hospital stay. For its application we must consider trained professionals and actions on the part of the administration. Objective: To deepen knowledge about the benefits of the kangaroo method in premature newborns. Method: Literature review in Portuguese, Spanish and English in the PubMed-Medline, Scielo and Lilacs databases. doing several searches with Google Scholar. Articles from the last ten years were selected. Results: We found that in the research conducted we found relevant information that highlights the difficulties and the facilities in the implementation / effectiveness of the Kangaroo Mother Method in Neonatology Units. Conclusions: We conclude that in teams of health professionals trained in this method, there is greater adherence because they can perceive the benefits in these babies.
