EFEITO DO GERADOR E TRANSBORDAMENTO DE IMPOSTOS INDIRETOS NA ECONOMIA DE SANTA CATARINA EM 2004
O objetivo do estudo foi analisar o
efeito do gerador de impostos indiretos ICMS,
IPI e IIOL a partir da matriz de insumo-produto
inter-regional (Santa Catarina – Restante do
Brasil), para o ano de 2004. Os resultados
obtidos pelo gerador de impostos mostraram que
os setores que mais se destacaram na geração
efetiva de IIOL foram os de Refino de petróleo
e coque, Produtos Alimentícios e Transportes.
No caso do IPI os que mais foram relevantes na
economia de Santa Catarina foram Maquinas e
Equipamentos, Material Elétrico e Eletrônicos
e Material de Transporte e Metalurgia. No
ICMS os resultados mostram que os setores
de Energia Elétrica, Produtos Alimentícios
e Indústria de Minerais Não Metálicos se
destacaram em termos de geração efetiva de
impostos ao longo de suas cadeias produtivas,
sendo estes, impostos estaduais e consistido
em uma importante ferramenta de política
econômica, sendo este o imposto de maior
representatividade nas receitas estaduais.

Abstract:
The objective of the study was to
analyze the effect of the indirect tax generator
ICMS, IPI and IIOL from the interregional inputoutput
matrix (Santa Catarina -Remaining from
Brazil) for the year 2004. The results obtained by
the generator of taxes showed that the sectors
that stood out most in the effective generation
of IIOL were those of Refining of petroleum and
coke, Food Products and Transport. In the case
of IPI, the most relevant ones in the economy of
Santa Catarina were Machines and Equipment,
Electrical and Electronic Material and Transport
and Metallurgy Material. In the ICMS, the results
show that the sectors of Electric Energy, Food
Products and Nonmetallic Minerals Industry
stood out in terms of effective tax generation
along their productive chains, these being
state taxes and consisted in an important economic policy tool , being this the most
representative tax in the state revenues.
