Este trabalho apresenta importantes informações sobre as proteínas Zinc-Finger e o seu efeito na homeostase celular e no combate e prevenção de doenças humanas, tais como as doenças neurodegenerativas. Além disso, uma breve descrição é exibida das principais técnicas aplicadas para caracterizar a interação de zinco e proteínas zinc-finger em solução.

Abstract:
This work presents important information about the Zinc-Finger proteins and their effect on cell homeostasis and in the fight and prevention of human diseases, such as neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, a brief description is showed of the main techniques applied to characterize the interaction of zinc and zinc-finger proteins in solution.
