EFEITO AUTORREFLEXIVO DAS OBRAS CINEMATOGRÁFICAS E SUA IMPORTÂNCIA PARA O DIREITO
O presente artigo objetiva explicar o efeito autorreflexivo das obras cinematográficas, assim como sua importância para o Direito. Far-se-ão análises teóricas de dois filmes de cunho filosófico, a saber, "Matrix" e "A Origem", relacionando-os aos ideais de Platão e de George Berkeley, respectivamente, bem como será apresentada a intenção dos criadores de cada uma destas obras ao trazer a filosofia aos seus filmes. Ainda, estas análises serão relacionadas à filosofia do direito a fim de demonstrar a grande importância da reflexão, do senso crítico, do discernimento e dos efeitos que uma simples decisão pode causar na vida de um ser humano no âmbito do Direito, como também a íntima relação existente entre este e a filosofia. Por fim, será feita a conclusão do artigo, expondo as considerações finais sobre todo o conteúdo explanado

Abstract:
This article aims to explain the self-reflexive effect of cinematographic works, as well as their importance for the Law. There will be theoretical analysis of two films of a philosophical nature, namely, "The Matrix" and "Inception", relating them to the ideals of Plato and George Berkeley respectively, as well as the intention of the creators of each one of these works by bringing philosophy to his films. Still, these analyzes will be related to the philosophy of law in order to demonstrate the great importance of reflection, critical sense, discernment and the effects that a simple decision can cause in the life of a human being within the scope of Law, as well as the intimate relationship between Law and philosophy. Finally, the conclusion will be made, presenting the final considerations on all the content explained.
