Abstract: Inclusive education is key to promoting peace, justice and strengthening strong institutions, especially in contexts where educational and social inequalities persist. This article addresses how inclusive education can be a fundamental pillar for building more equitable societies, exploring its impact on consolidating values of justice and promoting institutions that guarantee rights for all. The main objective is to analyze the relationship between inclusive education and peacebuilding, identifying strategies that promote social justice and contribute to institutional strengthening. It also seeks to highlight good educational practices that have proven effective in including historically excluded groups, such as people with disabilities, ethnic minorities and vulnerable communities. The methodology used is a qualitative approach. A bibliographical documentary review of public policies, inclusive education, pedagogy and social justice was carried out, all in order to understand the challenges and opportunities of inclusion in practice. The findings reveal that inclusive education systems not only strengthen individual skills, but also foster social cohesion by instilling values of respect and equity. However, the research underscores the need for stronger policies, teacher training in inclusion, and increased investment in accessible infrastructure. The conclusions highlight that inclusive education is essential to building sustainable societies where peace and justice are accessible to all. Discussion points include how to ensure access to quality education for the most vulnerable populations and how to transform educational institutions into agents of social change. This interdisciplinary approach highlights the role of education as a driver for an equitable and supportive future.
