EDUCAÇÃO SEXUAL E BOURDIEU: UMA INVESTIGAÇÃO DO PODER SIMBÓLICO E DA DOMINAÇÃO MASCULINA EM ALUNOS DE ENSINO MÉDIO
O presente capítulo é um recorte de uma pesquisa de Mestrado, desenvolvida no segundo semestre de 2018, na qual estudamos a violência simbólica e a dominação masculina em alunos de uma escola pública do Ensino Médio de uma cidade do noroeste paulista. Este estudo ocorreu a partir da observação de aulas de Biologia, tendo como conteúdo a educação sexual, norteada pelos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) e pelo Tema Transversal Orientação Sexual. Essa investigação visou identificar a presença da violência simbólica das relações de gênero na escola, utilizando o método praxiológico de Bourdieu (1989). Notamos que o campo observado é constituído dessa violência nas relações de gênero, além da dominação masculina, que se manifesta na maneira peculiar de perceber, julgar e valorizar o poder, expressando-se no comportamento e nas falas dos adolescentes. Logo, compreendendo que os campos não são estáticos e se inter-relacionam, a escola pode vir a contribuir para a desconstrução dessa relação de poder, combatendo a violência simbólica, dentro e fora do ambiente escolar.

Abstract:
This chapter is an excerpt from a Master's research, developed in the second semester of 2018, in which we studied symbolic violence and male domination in students from a public high school in a city in the northwest region of São Paulo state. This study occurred from the observation of Biology classes, having as content the sexual education theme, guided by the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN) and the Transversal Theme Sexual Orientation. This investigation aimed to identify the presence of the symbolic violence of gender relations at school, using the praxiological method of Bourdieu (1989). We noted that the observed field is constituted by this violence in gender relations, in addition to male domination, which manifests itself in the peculiar way of perceiving, judging and valuing power, expressing itself in the behavior and speeches of adolescents. Therefore, understanding that the fields are not static and that they interrelate, the school can contribute to the deconstruction of this power relationship, fighting symbolic violence, inside and outside the school environment.
