EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL X FORMAÇÃO HUMANA: PROCESSO DE DISPUTA OU COMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE SABERES?
Com este estudo pretende-se abordar um breve relato dos periodos históricos vivenciados pelo país e sua relação direta com a Educação Profissional. O histórico dessa modalidade de ensino nasce com o proposito de formar mão de obra para atender as elites, utilizando-se dos individuos em situação de vulnerabilidade social, surgindo aí nossa raiz histórica do “dualismo escolar”. Percorremos o caminho ligado às tentativas de superação deste dualismo, da necessidade de formação de força de trabalho para atendimento às indústrias e, por assim dizer, ao capital. Esta analise será baseada nos documentos e autores encontrados, separando os dados por dois períodos históricos assim distribuidos: da Colônia à República e de Vargas ao Pós Militarismo. Por fim, discutiremos com base em autores, os valores implicitos na formação humana, percebendo que este não é um processo institucional ou instrucional, esta formação vai além da escolha por um saber intelectual ou um saber profissional. Pretendemos aqui, problematizar e discutir a evolução da Educação Profissional no Brasil e os reflexos sobre a Formação Humana.

Abstract:
With this study it is intended to address a brief report of the historical periods experienced by the country and its direct relation with the Professional Education. The history of this teaching modality is born with the purpose of forming manpower to serve the elites, using individuals in a situation of social vulnerability, thus emerging our historical root of "school dualism". We followed the path linked to attempts to overcome this dualism, the need to train the workforce to serve the industries and, so to speak, to capital. This analysis will be based on the documents and authors found, separating the data by two historical periods distributed as follows: from Colony to the Republic and from Vargas to Post Militarism. Finally, we will discuss based on authors, the implicit values in human formation, realizing that this is not an institutional or instructional process, this formation goes beyond the choice for an intellectual or a professional knowledge. We intend here, to problematize and discuss the evolution of the Professional Education in Brazil and its reflexes on the Human Formation.
