EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL INTEGRADA AO ENSINO MÉDIO: UM ESTUDO DO PNE (2014-2024) E LDB – 9.394/96.
A trajetória da educação profissional
e tecnológica no nosso país é longa, porém,
apenas na década década de 1990 no
governo de Fernando Henrique Cardoso (FHC)
sobretudo com a promulgação da nova Lei de
Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB),
Lei n. 9.394/96 que rege a educação brasileira
até os dias atuais e do decreto n. 2.208/97 que
nele anula qualquer forma integração entre a
educação profissional e a educação básica (EB)
que logo mais tarde seria revogado no Governo
Luís Inácio Lula da Silva em 2003 e substituído
pelo Decreto 5.154/2004, deu-se origem ao que
podemos chamar de a reforma da educação
profissional, gerando transformações no
quadro da educação do país até os dias atuais.
Desta forma, a presente pesquisa configura-se
como um estudo documental das Legislações
pertinentes a Educação Profissional (EP). Sendo
assim, para desenvolver o trabalho analítico,
utilizou-se como fontes principais de acordo com
as definições legais, a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases
da Educação Nacional (LDB, Lei nº 9.394/96) e
do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE- 2014-
2024, Lei nº 13.005/2014). O estudo tem como
objetivo analisar a importância da modalidade
da Educação Profissional (EP) de acordo com
as definições legais, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases
da Educação Nacional (LDB, Lei nº 9.394/96) e
do Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE- 2014-
2024, Lei nº 13.005/2014).

Abstract:
The trajectory of professional and
technological education in our country is long,
but only in the decade of the 1990s under the
Fernando Henrique Cardoso (FHC) government,
especially with the promulgation of the new Law
of Directives and Bases of National Education
(LDB), Law no. . 9,394 / 96 that governs
Brazilian education up to the present day and
decree n. 2.208 / 97 which annuls any form
of integration between professional education
and basic education (EB), which was soon
to be revoked in the Luís Inácio Lula da Silva
Government in 2003 and replaced by Decree
5.154 / 2004, gave rise to what we can call for
the reform of professional education, generating transformations in the framework of the
country’s education to the present day. In this way, the present research is configured
as a documentary study of Legislation pertinent to Professional Education (EP). Thus,
to develop the analytical work, it was used as main sources according to the legal
definitions, the Law of Directives and Bases of the National Education (LDB, Law 9,394
/ 96) and of the National Plan of Education (PNE-2014) -2024, Law No. 13,005 / 2014).
The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the Vocational Education
(EP) modality according to the legal definitions, the National Education Guidelines and
Bases Law (LDB, Law 9394/96) and the National Education Plan (PNE-2014) -2024,
Law No. 13,005 / 2014).
