EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL DO(A) TRANSGÊNERO: ANÁLISE DO PROGRAMA EMPREGABILIDADE TRANS – COZINHA & VOZ ANTES E DURANTE A PANDEMIA DO CORONAVIRUS
Este artigo analisa a inclusão de transgêneros por intermédio do programa social denominado Empregabilidade Trans – Cozinha & Voz, desenvolvido pela Organização Internacional do Trabalho, o Ministério Público do Trabalho em parceria com instituições privadas, profissionais da gastronomia e artistas. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa que fez uso de análise de conteúdo dos documentos sobre o programa, o que foi iniciado em 2017 no município de São Paulo e foi ampliado para outros estados, permanecendo durante a pandemia do coronavírus na modalidade de aulas remotas, com resultados positivos. Houve implantação de bolsas de estudo como incentivo à permanência dos beneficiados. O presente estudo apresenta o programa social tratando de seu percurso, desde sua implantação e sua continuidade durante a pandemia do coronavírus. O panorama mundial sobre a população transgênero apresenta número elevado de violência e preconceito que atingem diretamente a vida educacional e consequentemente a carreira profissional desse grupo social. No Brasil os índices são alarmantes e as práticas de violência são expressivas em comparação com os demais países.
Os números denotam a situação de vulnerabilidade da população transgênero, que necessita, portanto, de proteção social. Programas como o analisado neste texto podem influenciar, conforme a literatura, a agenda das políticas públicas educacionais, sobretudo, quando se considera que já temos leis que garantem quotas para favorecer o acesso de grupos sociais estigmatizados por razões de identidade

Abstract:
This article analyzes the inclusion of transgender people through the social program called Trans Employability – Kitchen & Voice, developed by the International Labor Organization, the Public Ministry of Labor in partnership with private institutions, gastronomy professionals and artists. This is a qualitative research that used content analysis of documents about the program, which began in 2017 in the city of São Paulo and was extended to other states, remaining during the coronavirus pandemic in the modality of remote classes, with positive results. Scholarships were implemented as an incentive to the permanence of the beneficiaries. The present study presents the social program dealing with its trajectory, from its implementation and its continuity during the coronavirus pandemic. The world panorama on the transgender population presents a high number of violence and prejudice that directly affect the educational life and, consequently, the professional career of this social group. In Brazil, the rates are alarming and the practices of violence are expressive compared to other countries.The numbers denote the vulnerable situation of the transgender population, which therefore needs social protection. Programs like the one analyzed in this text can influence, according to the literature, the agenda of public educational policies, especially when considering that we already have laws that guarantee quotas to favor the access of social groups stigmatized for reasons of identity.
