EDUCAÇÃO POPULAR: UMA BREVE REFLEXÃO
O artigo apresenta uma breve reflexão sobre Educação Popular, e seu processo histórico. Visando revisitar, os contextos de sua ação nos diversos cenários políticos e econômicos vividos no Brasil. Acreditando no resgate da participação popular por meio dos movimentos sociais, respeitando os saberes populares e as liberdades individuais. Citando Paulo Freire, e sua valiosa contribuição a pedagogia, e como um dos pilares da Educação Popular, e a relação desta com a pandemia global pelo COVID19, incorporado a uma lógica racional econômica do sistema capitalista. A Educação Popular neste contexto possibilita articular uma ‘práxis’ educativa partindo de uma realidade social expressa, no qual revela exponencialmente as desigualdades, deixando aparente em todas as esferas, social, econômica, da saúde, da educação, do trabalho, que este problema não aflige igualmente a toda a sociedade. Com as ações dos coletivos de saúde popular, que têm como propósito uma maior aproximação, e diálogo nos territórios, observando com isso o conhecimento construído pela comunidade, e refletindo sobre o que foi coletado, propondo a reconstrução dos saberes, guiado pelo sentido à vida enquanto população e coletividade

Abstract:
The article presents a brief reflection on Popular Education and its historical process. Aiming to revisit the contexts of its action in the various political and economic scenarios experienced in Brazil. Believing in the rescue of popular participation through social movements, respecting popular knowledge and individual liberties. Citing Paulo Freire, and his valuable contribution to pedagogy, and as one of the pillars of Popular Education, and its relation to the global pandemic by COVID19, incorporated to a rational economic logic of the capitalist system. Popular Education in this context makes it possible to articulate an educational 'praxis' starting from an expressed social reality, in which inequalities are exponentially revealed, making it apparent in all spheres, social, economic, health, education, and labor, that this problem does not equally afflict the whole society. With the actions of popular health collectives, which have as a purpose a greater approximation and dialogue in the territories, observing the knowledge built by the community, and reflecting on what has been collected, proposing the reconstruction of knowledge, guided by the meaning of life as a population and collectivityThe article presents a brief reflection on Popular Education, and its historical process.
