EDUCAÇÃO POPULAR EM SAÚDE E SUAS PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS
Trata-se de um desdobramento da pesquisa de mestrado em educação, inserida na linha de pesquisa de Instituições Educacionais e suas Práticas Pedagógicas que intencionou compreender o desenvolvimento das práticas educativas na formação inicial e continuada de profissionais da saúde. Intentou perceber que concepções de educação em saúde sustentam as práticas educativas desenvolvidas na Unidade de Atenção Primária à Saúde (UAPS) Arlindo Leite, do bairro Milho Branco situada no estado de Minas Gerais (MG); quais são as práticas pedagógicas que revelam a integração da educação e da saúde e o lugar do diálogo na condução dessas práticas com a comunidade. As práticas educativas na formação do profissional de saúde e seus usuários, constituem-se como objeto da investigação realizada, desenvolvida por meio de um estudo qualitativo, a partir da observação participante, registros em diário de campo e entrevistas. Os participantes deste estudo são doze sujeitos, implicados com as práticas relacionadas ao trabalho de Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) na unidade Arlindo Leite, os usuários do serviço; profissionais da equipe de Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF), estudantes e professores inscritos no PI, oriundos de diversos cursos de uma instituição privada de ensino superior em Saúde do estado de MG. Os relatos dos sujeitos permitiram a reflexão sobre o desenvolvimento do diálogo nas práticas educativas em saúde da UAPS, revelaram, a partir da visão dos sujeitos sobre o seu fazer e seus desafios, a afirmação do diálogo como prática, promovendo movimentos educativos em saúde em uma perspectiva de construção compartilhada do saber, propiciando atenção e cuidado entre os sujeitos envolvidos na dinâmica do trabalho de APS. As considerações apresentadas na pesquisa apontam as contradições dos processos de educação em saúde e a convivência de sinais dialógicos e antidialógicos.

Abstract:
It is an unfolding of the Master's in Education research, inserted in the line of research of Educational Institutions and their Pedagogical Practices that intended to understand the development of educational practices in the initial and continuing education of health professionals. He tried to understand that conceptions of health education support the educational practices developed in the Primary Health Care Unit (UAPS) Arlindo Leite, in the Milho Branco neighborhood located in the state of Minas Gerais (MG); what are the pedagogical practices that reveal the integration of education and health and the place of dialogue in conducting these practices with the community. Educational practices in the education of health professionals and their users are the object of the research carried out, developed through a qualitative study, based on participant observation, records in a field diary and interviews. The participants in this study are twelve subjects, involved with the practices related to the work of Primary Health Care (PHC) in the Arlindo Leite unit, the users of the service; professionals from the Family Health Strategy (ESF) team, students and teachers enrolled in the PI, coming from several courses at a private college education institution in health in the state of MG. The subjects 'reports allowed reflection on the development of dialogue in UAPS health education practices, revealing, based on the subjects' view of their actions and challenges, the affirmation of dialogue as a practice, promoting health educational movements in a perspective of shared construction of knowledge, providing attention and care among the subjects involved in the dynamics of PHC work. The considerations presented in the research point out the contradictions of the health education processes and the coexistence of dialogic and antidialogic signs.
