EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE: PROCESSO DE TRABALHO DE AUXILIARES EM SAÚDE BUCAL NO INTERIOR DO ESTADO DO CEARÁ – RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Regulamentada em lei, a profissão
de Auxiliar em Saúde Bucal (ASB), representa
importante força de trabalho no sistema de
saúde brasileiro. O processo de discussão
do trabalho em saúde deve envolver os entes
da equipe de saúde, perante a prática como
fonte de reflexão, resolução de problemas e
conhecimento. Neste sentido, este trabalho
procura relatar uma experiência de capacitação
em Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS),
realizada com ASBs lotadas na atenção
primária e secundária em Nova Russas-CE.
Para se compreender toda a dimensão do
objeto, optou-se por oficinas que aprofundasse
no mundo dos significados das ações e relações
humanas. Estruturaram-se as capacitações
conduzidas pela cirurgiã-dentista coordenadora
da saúde bucal municipal e a enfermeira
coordenadora do sistema eletrônico de saúde
do município. Uma das oficinas abordou a
Política Nacional de Saúde Bucal e a ética no
trabalho, depois as oficinas abordaram práticas
clínicas como biossegurança e protocolo de
acidente de trabalho e acolhimento. Como
resultado, houve uma caracterização ampla
do processo de trabalho em saúde das ASB.
No todo, ocorreu uma intervenção no pensar e
no agir desses profissionais de saúde. Assim,
a EPS trouxe um aprendizado modificador, ao
ponto que permitiu entender as práticas e os
processos que envolvem o trabalho. Portanto,
desenvolveu-se a auto-avaliação e a reflexão,
dando dinamismo ao cenário do processo de
trabalho. É relevante destacar que os laços
entre os envolvidos ficaram mais estreitos e o
sentimento de coparticipação apresentou-se
mais aflorado diante das análises resultantes
das discussões desenvolvidas.

Abstract:
Regulated by law, the profession
of Oral Health Assistant (OHA) represents an
important work force in the Brazilian public health
system. The process of discussing health work
should involve the entities of the health team,
before the practice as a source of reflection,
problem solving and knowledge. In this sense,
this paper seeks to report a training experience
in Continuing Education, performed with OHA filled in primary and secondary care in
Nova Russas-CE. In order to understand the whole dimension of the object, we opted
for workshops that deepen in the world of the meanings of human actions and relations.
The training conducted by the dentist municipal oral health manager and nurse of
the municipal health electronic system manager. One of the workshops addressed
the National Oral Health Policy and ethics at work, after which workshops covered
clinical practices such as biosafety and work accident and host protocol. As a result,
there was a broad characterization of the health work process of OHA. In all, there
was an intervention in the thinking and acting of these health professionals. Thus, the
Continuing Education brought a modifying learning to the point that allowed understand
the practices and the processes that involve the work. Therefore, developed selfevaluation and reflection, giving dynamism to the work process scenario. It is important
to note that the ties between the participants were narrower and the feeling of partnership
was more pronounced in the face of resulting analyzes from the discussions.
