EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE: AGENTES COMUNITÁRIOS DE SAÚDE NA PREVENÇÃO DA SÍFILIS
Introdução: Visto o papel dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) como um dos pilares para a comunicação e expansão do atendimento à comunidade, formando um elo com o serviço da Unidade Básica de Saúde, é relevante que estes se mantenham aptos a cumprir bem suas funções. Com esse objetivo foram realizadas atividades de educação em saúde sobre sífilis adquirida, gestacional e congênita, organizada pelos acadêmicos bolsistas do PET/Interprofissionalidade em conjunto com seus preceptores e tutores. Objetivo: Avaliar a atividade educativa sobre prevenção da sífilis a partir do conhecimento dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde antes e após a participação nas oficinas realizada. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo-quantitativo. A coleta de dados foi por meio de dois questionários estruturados com 10 perguntas idênticas e aplicados como pré e pós teste. Resultados: Foram realizadas seis oficinas de educação em saúde com ACSs do em município de Canoas-RS, durante o ano de 2019, totalizando duzentos e sessenta e cinco agentes comunitários de saúde. Foi calculado o percentual de acertos de cada questão, por agente e unidade de saúde. Para este dado foi utilizado como critério de inclusão considerados os agentes que realizaram o pré e pós teste. Na pré atividade tivemos um percentual de acertos de 87,3% e no pós teste de 97% o que indica aumento no conhecimento. Para realização do comparativo foi utilizado o teste t para amostras pareadas, foi identificada diferença estatisticamente significativa entre os grupos. Conclusão: A realização de atividades de educação permanente permite maior disseminação e acesso à informação aos usuários do sistema de saúde. São necessárias ações educativas com maior proximidade ao local de trabalho dos profissionais, assim, gerando menor evasão dos mesmos.

Introduction: Given the role of Community Health Agents (CHA) as one of the pillars for the communication and expansion of service to the community, forming a link with the service of the Basic Health Unit, it is relevant that they remain able to fulfill their obligations well. functions. To this end, health education activities on acquired, gestational and congenital syphilis were carried out, organized by scholarship scholars from PET / Interprofessionality together with their preceptors and tutors. Objective: To evaluate the educational activity on syphilis prevention based on the knowledge of Community Health Agents before and after participating in the workshops. Methods: This is a descriptive-quantitative study. Data collection was carried out through two questionnaires structured with 10 identical questions and applied as pre and post-test. Results: Six health education workshops were carried out with CHAs in the municipality of Canoas, during 2019, totaling two hundred and sixty-five Community Health Agents present in the research. The percentage of correct answers for each question was calculated, by agent and health unit. For this data, the agents who performed the pre and post evaluation were used as an inclusion criterion. In the pre-activity we had a percentage of correct answers of 87.3% and in the post-test of 97%, which indicates an increase in knowledge. To perform the comparison, the t test for paired samples was used, a statistically significant difference was identified between the groups. Conclusion: The performance of permanent education activities allows greater dissemination and access to information to users of the health system, who are served by Community Health Agents. Educational actions are needed with greater proximity to the professionals' workplace, thus generating less evasion.
