EDUCAÇÃO PARA UMA CULTURA DE PAZ E A INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE NA NEG-MED-ARB
O estudo tem como objetivo compreender a Educação para uma cultura de paz e aspectos da interdisciplinaridade presente na proposta do Conselho Nacional de Justiça, para a resolução de conflitos no âmbito da negociação, mediação e arbitragem, também conhecida como NEG, MED, ARB. A metodologia de revisão bibliográfica no modelo interdisciplinar entre as Ciências Humanas e Sociais, Manual de Mediação Judicial, teses, dissertações e similares que abordam a temática. Fundamentado na “Teoria do Agir Comunicativo” de Habermans e da Psicologia Social. Os resultados são favoráveis ao sucesso da cultura de paz e ao empoderamento da sociedade por meio da autocomposição.

Abstract:
The study objetive understand Education for a culture of peace and the aspects of interdisciplinarity present in the proposal of the Brazilian National Council of Justice, for the resolution of conflicts in the scope of negotiation, mediation and arbitration, also known as NEG, MED, ARB. The bibliographic researsh methodology in the interdisciplinary model between Human and Social Sciences, Judicial Mediation Manual, theses, dissertations and similars that address the theme. Based on Habermans' “Theory of Communicative Action” and Social Psychology. The results are favorable to the success of the culture of peace and to the empowerment of society through self-composition.
