Abstract: This study addresses inclusive nutritional education aimed at students with special dietary needs (SDN) within the school environment. It is based on the premise that adequate nutrition is a social right guaranteed by national legislation and guidelines, and that the school plays a central role in its realization. Drawing on a recent literature review, the study discusses interdisciplinary propositions that integrate health, education, and public policy. It highlights the importance of pedagogical practices that foster a critical understanding of nutrition, incorporating dietary diversity as an educational value. The findings indicate that food inclusion requires technical planning, social sensitivity, and institutional commitment. It is concluded that the school is a strategic space for promoting healthy habits, citizenship, and equity, contributing to the construction of a democratic, inclusive, and diversity-respecting educational environment.
