EDUCAÇÃO NUMA PERSPECTIVA INTERCULTURAL E DECOLONIAL
Este artigo procura refletir sobre a herança do modelo educativo colonial e suas características eurocêntricas e hegemônicas. Sugere mudanças na educação pelo viés da pedagogia decolonial tendo como ponto de partida a Formação Docente, caminho capaz de nos mostrar alternativas pedagógicas inclusivas, interculturais, multiculturais, humanistas e emancipatórias. Assim, utilizando-se de um suporte teórico focado no pensamento decolonial, pretende-se discorrer sobre o tema utilizando-o como instrumento norteador da formação docente na tentativa de repensar as práticas educativas e desconstruir conceitos pré-estabelecidos a partir de uma postura crítica da realidade.

Abstract:
This article seeks to reflect on the legacy of the colonial educational model and its Eurocentric and hegemonic characteristics. It suggests changes in education through the bias of decolonial pedagogy, having as its starting point the Teacher Education, a path capable of showing us inclusive, intercultural, multicultural, humanist and emancipatory pedagogical alternatives. Thus, using a theoretical support focused on decolonial thinking, it is intended to discuss the theme using it as a guiding instrument for teacher education in an attempt to rethink educational practices and deconstruct pre-established concepts from a critical stance of reality.
