EDUCAÇÃO EM TEMPO INTEGRAL: CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO PROGRAMA NOVO MAIS EDUCAÇÃO PARA A EFETIVAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM DOS ALUNOS DA ESCOLA GUIOMAR LYRA, CARUARU – PE
O presente trabalho propõe uma
reflexão sobre a Educação em Tempo Integral,
focando o Programa Novo Mais Educação
(PNME), o qual se trata de um programa
federal com parceria com as secretarias de
educação distrital, Municipais e Estaduais,
entre as metas do Programa destaca-se a
ampliação do letramento escolar e a melhoria
de aprendizagem dos alunos nas disciplinas de
Língua Portuguesa e Matemática, contribuindo
para diminuição da evasão e reprovação
escolar, bem como, maior qualidade educacional
com a ampliação da jornada escola. Apresentase como uma pesquisa qualitativa envolvendo
levantamento bibliográfico e estudo de caso,
tendo como referência a investigação da
aplicabilidade do Programa na Escola Guiomar
Lyra, na cidade de Caruaru-PE. Tendo como
objetivo principal: Refletir sobre a implementação
do programa novo mais educação com o intuito
de promover uma educação de tempo integral,
observando sua contribuição para o processo de
ensino e aprendizagem em Língua Portuguesa
e em Matemática. Foi realizado primeiro um
estudo sobre as metas do PNME, em seguida
foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo, sendo
entrevistados o articulador do programa na
escola, o acompanhante pedagógico em
Língua Portuguesa e quatro professores da
turma regular. Diante dos dados coletados
foi possível detectar a importância do PNME
como Política Pública Educacional, bem como,
suas fragilidades, uma vez que falta condições
físicas, engajamento articulador entre família e
escola, professor e acompanhante pedagógico.

Abstract:
The present work proposes a reflection on the Education in Integral Time,
focusing on the New More Education Program (PNME), which is a federal program in
partnership with the district, municipal and state education secretariats, among the
goals of the Program the expansion of school literacy and the improvement of students’
learning in the Portuguese Language and Mathematics disciplines, contributing to a
decrease in school dropout and disapproval, as well as a higher educational quality
with the expansion of the school day. It is presented as a qualitative research involving
bibliographical survey and case study, having as reference the investigation of the
applicability of the Program in the Guiomar Lyra School, in the city of Caruaru-PE. With
the main objective: Reflect on the implementation of the new program more education
with the intention of promoting a full-time education, observing its contribution to the
teaching and learning process in Portuguese Language and Mathematics. A study on
the goals of the PNME was carried out first, followed by a field survey, where the
articulator of the program was interviewed in the school, the pedagogical companion
in Portuguese language and four teachers from the regular class. In view of the data
collected, it was possible to detect the importance of the PNME as a Public Educational
Policy, as well as its fragilities, since it lacks physical conditions, articulating engagement
between family and school, teacher and pedagogical companio.
