EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE SOBRE OTITE MÉDIA NA INFÂNCIA EM UMA UNIDADE BÁSICA DE SAÚDE: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Introdução: A otite média é uma inflamação do ouvido médio de início rápido, apresentando sintomas locais (dor de ouvido e friccionamento da orelha afetada) e sistêmicos (febre, irritabilidade e falta de sono) (NANDAL, . 2017). Estimativas da Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) mostram que aproximadamente 51.000 mortes ocorrem anualmente, em crianças menores de cinco anos, atribuídas às complicações da Otite Média Aguda, como, por exemplo, as infecções intracranianas (. 2017). Evidenciando a necessidade de promover uma ação educativa em saúde para gestantes como forma de prevenção a patologia. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência da ação educativa em saúde para gestantes na Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS). Metodologia: Relato de experiência do tipo descritivo, no qual a equipe multiprofissional realizou ação educativa para gestantes presentes na UBS. O tema foi abordado de uma forma lúdica em uma roda de conversa, aproximando as gestantes para instigar suas dúvidas e compreender a temática. As orientações sobre a forma de prevenção da Otite, um dos problemas mais comuns encontrado em serviços de atendimento pediátrico, ressaltando a vacina pneumocócicas conjugadas, o aleitamento materno exclusivo e o diagnóstico precoce que repercutir no crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança. Resultados: No decorrer da abordagem, foi possível notar que as gestantes presentes não apresentaram conhecimento sobre a temática, mas já haviam presenciado casos sobre a patologia. Assim, houve o real interesse durante a ação educativa, proporcionamos uma atividade didática e participativa. Acredita-se que a incidência de otite média nos lactentes esteja relacionada ao aleitamento artificial e a ausência de propriedades imunológicas que são encontradas no leite materno. No lactente, a tuba auditiva apresenta uma posição mais horizontalizada. Por este motivo, a orientação habitualmente oferecida pelos profissionais de saúde é a elevação da cabeça do bebê durante a amamentação, acredita-se que a posição elevada esteja relacionada a uma ação preventiva de otite média (NANDAL, . 2017). Conclusão: A ação educativa voltada as gestantes estabelecendo conhecimento e levando em consideração a realidade. Faz-se necessário ressaltar a importância do diálogo sobre a Otite na atenção primária como forma de orientação para a prevenção, dando ênfase no diagnóstico precoce.

Abstract:
Introduction: Otitis media is an inflammation of the middle ear with rapid onset, presenting local symptoms (ear pain and rubbing of the affected ear) and systemic symptoms (fever, irritability and lack of sleep) (NANDAL, et al. 2017). Estimates by the World Health Organization (WHO) show that approximately 51,000 deaths occur annually, in children under five years of age, attributed to complications of acute otitis media, such as, for example, intracranial infections (SÁFADI, et al. 2017). Evidencing the need to promote an educational health action for pregnant women as a way of preventing pathology. Objective: To report the experience of educational health action for pregnant women in the Basic Health Unit (UBS). Methodology: Descriptive experience report, in which the multiprofessional team carried out an educational action for pregnant women present at the BHU. The theme was approached in a playful way in a conversation circle, bringing pregnant women closer to instigate their doubts and understand the theme. The guidelines on how to prevent otitis, one of the most common problems found in pediatric care services, highlighting the combined pneumococcal vaccine, exclusive breastfeeding and early diagnosis that has an impact on the child's growth and development. Results: During the approach, it was possible to notice that the pregnant women present did not have knowledge about the theme, but had already witnessed cases about the pathology. Thus, there was real interest during the educational action, we provide a didactic and participatory activity. It is believed that the incidence of otitis media in infants is related to artificial breastfeeding and the absence of immunological properties that are found in breast milk. In infants, the auditory tube has a more horizontal position. For this reason, the guidance usually offered by health professionals is the elevation of the baby's head during breastfeeding, it is believed that the elevated position is related to a preventive action of otitis media (NANDAL, et al. 2017). Conclusion: The educational action aimed at pregnant women establishing knowledge and taking into account reality. It is necessary to emphasize the importance of the dialogue about Otitis in primary care as a form of guidance for prevention, emphasizing early diagnosis.
