EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE SOBRE OS DIREITOS SEXUAIS E REPRODUTIVOS COM FOCO NO PLANEJAMENTO FAMILIAR PARA JOVENS ESCOLARES
O Planejamento Familiar objetiva aconselhar a respeito do sexo seguro e saudável, enfatizando não somente os métodos contraceptivos, mas também o uso da camisinha, pois somente esses são capazes de prevenir as Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (IST’s). No entanto, a falta de informação por parte dos adolescentes acaba aumentando o número de gravidez indesejada, gravidez interrompida, abortos e IST’s. Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a experiência de uma ação/intervenção de educação em saúde sobre saúde sexual e reprodutiva com foco no Planejamento Familiar para alunos do ensino médio de uma escola estadual de Limoeiro do Norte-CE. Trata-se de um Relato de Experiência a partir de um projeto de educação em saúde que consiste no desenvolvimento de atividades em Educação em Saúde realizadas por discentes dos cursos de enfermagem e fisioterapia da Universidade Potiguar. A ação foi desenvolvida a partir de uma atividade exigida pela Universidade, na qual as discentes tiveram que desenvolver uma atividade no território da Unidade Básica de Saúde. A partir da intervenção foi possível notar que a maioria dos jovens carecem de informações a respeito dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos, ainda mais quando se refere ao sexo seguro e as ações e serviços que o sistema público de saúde disponibiliza, como por exemplo, o Planejamento Familiar. Através desse projeto as discentes de enfermagem e fisioterapia puderam aumentar o escopo de atuação do setor saúde com o apoio da escola e da Unidade Básica de Saúde, visto que este trabalho tem como foco as vulnerabilidades que comprometem o pleno desenvolvimento de crianças e jovens da rede pública de ensino, e também, promover ações de prevenção, sensibilização e estímulo ao autocuidado, foco este da Atenção Primária à Saúde.

Abstract:
Family Planning aims to advice on safe and healthy sex, emphasizing not only contraceptive methods, but also condom use, as only these are able to prevent Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). However, the lack of information on the part of adolescents ends up increasing the number of unwanted pregnancies, interrupted pregnancy, abortions and STIs. This work aims to report the experience of an action/intervention of health education on sexual and reproductive health with a focus on Family Planning for high school students of a state school in Limoeiro do Norte-CE. This is an Experience Report based on a health education project that consists of the development of activities in Health Education carried out by students of nursing and physiotherapy courses at Potiguar University. The action was developed from an activity required by the University, in which the students had to develop an activity in the territory of the Basic Health Unit. From the intervention, it was possible to notice that most young people lack information about sexual and reproductive rights, especially when referring to safe sex and the actions and services that the public health system provides, such as Family Planning. Through this project, nursing and physical therapy students were able to increase the scope of the health sector with the support of the school and the Basic Health Unit, since this work focuses on the vulnerabilities that compromise the full development of children and young people in the network public education, and also, to promote actions of prevention, awareness and encouragement to self-care, which are the focus of Primary Health Care.
