EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE SOB A ÓTICA DO ENFERMEIRO
O processo de educar em saúde, é
parte essencial do cuidar na enfermagem, pode
ser entendido como um diálogo entre as pessoas
com o objetivo de mobilizar forças e motivação
para mudanças, seja de comportamento,
atitude ou adaptações às novas situações de
vida. Essas ações de mudança implicam a
necessidade de profissionais comprometidos
com a atenção à saúde; profissionais capazes
de compreender os determinantes da saúde, de
efetivar práticas em relação a atenção à saúde
da população, de articular conhecimentos
científicos com os saberes populares. Nessa
perspectiva, objetivou-se compreender a
percepção de enfermeiros acerca da educação
em saúde na atenção básica por meio de
um estudo exploratório e qualitativo, do qual
participaram 19 enfermeiros. Os dados foram
obtidos por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas
analisadas pelo referencial metodológico da
análise de conteúdo, modalidade temática e
referencial teórico de Paulo Freire. Evidenciouse
os núcleos temáticos: Educação em saúde:
atividade do cotidiano do enfermeiro e formação
para a educação em saúde, apontando uma
aproximação da prática com a teoria condizente
com a dimensão libertadora e crítica que um
processo educativo deve conter.

Abstract:
The process of educating in health
is an essential part of nursing care, it can be
understood as a dialogue between people
with the objective of mobilizing forces and
motivation for changes, be it behavior, attitude or
adaptations to new life situations. These actions
of change imply the need of professionals
committed to health care; professionals able
to understand the determinants of health, to
implement practices in relation to the health care
of the population, to articulate professional and
scientific knowledge with popular one. From this
perspective, the objective was to understand
the perception of nurses about health education
of primary health care through an exploratory
and qualitative study, with 19 participating nurses. The results were obtained through
interviews that were analyzed by the methodological framework of the content analysis,
thematic modality and using theoretical reference of Paulo Freire. Displaying the
category: Health education: daily activity of the nurse and training for health education,
pointing to an approximation of practice with the theory consistent with the liberating
and critical dimension that an educational process must contain.
