EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: PROPOSTA DE CAPACITAÇÃO DE AGENTES COMUNITÁRIOS DE SAÚDE NA ESF ÁGUAS LINDAS 2, ANANINDEUA/PA.
Com o objetivo de levantar o grau de conhecimento e capacitar os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) da Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) Águas Lindas, sobre Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS), o presente trabalho utilizou uma pesquisa-ação intervencionista com abordagem qualitativa, aplicando questionário contendo perguntas abertas e fechadas, e o “Guia Pai d’égua de apoio aos ACS Vol.2”, sendo o mesmo questionário aplicado após este processo. Os dados foram estatisticamente tratados pelo BioEstat 5.0, adotando nível de significância α = 0,05 ou 5%. Como resultados, obteve-se que 100% dos ACS eram do sexo feminino, 40% com mais de 40 anos, 60% tanto com ensino médio completo, quanto com mais de 5 anos exercendo o cargo, 100% sem ter recebido treinamento sobre HAS há mais de 2 anos. Os dados mais relevantes obtidos antes do treinamento, mostraram que apenas 20% sabiam as causas, sintomas e complicações da HAS, bem como os tipos de alimentos a evitar para seu controle. 60% acreditava que apenas tomar a medicação corretamente seria o suficiente para controle da doença. 100% respondeu corretamente o valor considerado ideal da pressão arterial. Após a instrumentalização, todas as respostas do questionário passaram a ser satisfatórias. Concluindo, pôde-se perceber uma lacuna na formação dos ACS, uma vez que seus conhecimentos sobre HAS se mostraram inicialmente insuficientes, atingindo importante evolução após o treinamento proposto. Torna-se necessário repensar a educação em saúde para ACS no Município, potencializando sua ação frente a comunidade.

Abstract:
In order to raise the degree of knowledge and empower the Community Health Workers (CHW) Providing of a Family Health Strategy on Hypertension, this work used an action intervention research through a qualitative approach and application of a questionnaire containing open and closed questions, using the "Guia Pai d'égua de apoio aos ACS Vol.2" for trainning, applying the same questionnaire after this process. Data were statistically treated by BioEstat 5.0, adopting significance level α = 0.05 or 5%. 100% of them were female, 40% were over 40 years old, 60% with both high school and more than 5 years on the job, 100% without training on Hypertension for more than 2 years. The most relevant results obtained before the training showed that only 20% knew the causes, symptoms and complications of Hypertension, as well as the types of food to avoid for their control. 60% believed that just taking the medication correctly would be enough to control the disease. 100% correctly answered the ideal value of blood pressure. After the training, all the answers in the questionnaire became satisfactory. As conclusion It was possible to notice a gap in the professional qualification of the Community Health Workers, since their knowledge on Hypertension was insufficient, reaching important evolution after the training proposed. Considering that they have a fundamental role in the information and access of the patients to the Health Centers, it’s necessary to rethink the health education in the Municipality, having the CHW as a target, thus enhancing their action in front of the community.
