EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: ESTRATÉGIAS DE ENFERMAGEM PARA O CUIDADO DAS DOENÇAS CRÔNICAS NÃO TRANSMISSÍVEIS NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA
A educação em saúde é uma
das principais intervenções no processo do
cuidar de enfermagem que busca promover
a saúde e prevenir as doenças nos diversos
níveis de complexidade do processo saúdedoença.
OBJETIVO: Identificar a importância
da consulta de enfermagem e as práticas
de educação em saúde para os clientes com
doenças crônicas não transmissíveis (DCNT)
na Atenção Básica. MÉTODO: Tratou-se de
uma revisão integrativa, realizada na Biblioteca
Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Os critérios de inclusão
foram: artigos científicos disponíveis na
íntegra publicados no período de 2010 a 2018,
português, artigo e que responda à pergunta
norteadora. Os critérios de exclusão foram:
artigos científicos com títulos repetidos, que
não estejam publicados entre os anos citados
acima e não respondam à pergunta norteadora
da pesquisa, resultou em uma amostra final de
11 artigos. RESULTADOS: Dos 11 artigos que
compuseram a amostra 27,27% (n=3) foram
publicados em 2015. Em relação ao periódico
18,18% (n=2) foram a revista Gaúcha e Ciências
e Cuidado, o tipo de estudo foi o descritivo
com 54,54% (n=6). A base de dados onde
foram encontrados mais artigos foi a LILACS
70% (n=8). Com duas categorias temáticas
para comtemplar a discussão: Educação em
Saúde ao paciente com DCNT e Consulta
de Enfermagem e adesão ao tratamento do
paciente com DCNT. CONCLUSÃO: A análise
temática evidenciou que a educativa em saúde
é primordial no cuidado trazendo melhora no
quadro clinico dos clientes com DCNT, tendo
assim resultados satisfatório na mudança do
estilo de vida dos indivíduos.

Abstract:
Health education is one of the main interventions in the nursing care
process that seeks to promote health and prevent disease at various levels of complexity
of the health-disease process. OBJECTIVE: To identify the importance of nursing
consultation and health education practices for clients with chronic diseases (CD) in
primary care. METHOD: This was an integrative review, performed at the Virtual Health
Library (VHL). Inclusion criteria were: scientific articles available in full published from
2010 to 2018, Portuguese, article and answering the guiding question. Exclusion criteria
were: scientific articles with repeated titles that were not published between the years
mentioned above and did not answer the guiding question of the research, resulting in
a final sample of 11 articles. RESULTS: Of the 11 articles that comprised the sample,
27.27% (n = 3) were published in 2015. Regarding the journal 18.18% (n = 2) were the
journal Gaúcha e Ciências e Care, the type of study was the descriptive with 54.54%
(n = 6). The database where the most articles were found was LILACS 70% (n = 8).
With two thematic categories to address the discussion: Health Education for patients
with CD and Nursing Consultation and adherence to treatment of patients with CD.
CONCLUSION: The thematic analysis showed that health education is paramount in
care, bringing improvement in the clinical condition of clients with CD, thus having
satisfactory results in changing the lifestyle of individuals.
