EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE E FISIOTERAPIA: DESENVOLVIMENTO DE HABILIDADES PESSOAIS NA SALA DE ESPERA DO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE SAÚDE
INTRODUÇÃO: A inserção
da Fisioterapia na rede de saúde traz a
necessidade do redimensionamento do objeto
de sua intervenção, aproximando-se do campo
da promoção da saúde e da nova lógica
de organização dos modelos assistenciais,
devendo esta ser estimulada desde a formação
profissional. OBJETIVO: relatar a experiência
da atuação dos estudantes de Fisioterapia
em ações de educação em saúde na rede
de saúde com foco no desenvolvimento das
habilidades pessoais. METODOLOGIA:
relato de experiência dos estudantes do curso
de Fisioterapia do oeste catarinense, que
realizaram atividades de educação em saúde
com os usuários da sala de espera de dois
centros de saúde, entre fevereiro a junho de
2015. A escolha das temáticas foi planejada
com a equipe previamente. RESULTADOS: As
ações foram executadas de forma lúdica com uso
de vestimentas, cartazes, bonecos e maquetes,
buscando centralizar a atenção e favorecer o
aprendizado dos usuários que aguardavam
atendimento. Observou-se que a metodologia
utilizada gerou impacto em todos, ocorrendo
maior interesse e participação nas rodas de
conversa. Para os estudantes, proporcionou
aproximação com a comunidade e a equipe.
CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: A sala de espera
possibilitou um espaço de compartilhamento de
experiências, socialização dos saberes técnicocientífico
e popular, oportunizando aproximação
dos usuários com o serviço e a Universidade, ao
mesmo tempo em que contribuiu para orientálos
em relação a sua co responsabilidade
do cuidado. Essas atividades viabilizaram a
atuação do Fisioterapeuta como educador
em saúde, efetivando a integralidade, em que
usuários, profissionais e estudantes trabalham
juntos para proteger, promover e recuperar a
saúde.

Abstract:
The insertion of Physical Therapy
in the health network brings the need to resize the
object of its intervention, approaching the field of
health promotion and the new logic of organization
of care models, which should be stimulated from
professional training. PURPOSE: to report the
experience the students of the Physiotherapy in
health education actions in the health network
focusing on the development of personal skills.
METHODOLOGY: an experience report of the
students of the Physiotherapy course in the west of Santa Catarina, who carried out
health education activities with the waiting room users of two health centers between
February and June 2015. The choice of topics was planned with the team beforehand.
RESULTS: The actions were carried out in a playful way with the use of clothing, posters,
dolls and models, seeking to centralize the attention and to favor the learning of the
waiting users. It was observed that the methodology used had an impact on everyone,
with greater interest and participation in the conversation. For the students, it provided
an approximation with the community and the team. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The
waiting room made possible a space for sharing of experiences, socialization of the
technical-scientific and popular knowledge, providing an approximation of the users
with the service and the University, at the same time that contributed to guide them in
relation to their co responsibility of care. These activities enabled the Physiotherapist
to act as a health educator, bringing about integrality, in which users, professionals and
students work together to protect, promote and recover health.
