EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE: CONTEXTOS E IMPASSES NA FORMAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
O objetivo deste estudo é revisar o tema do ensino superior na área da saúde com vistas a formação de profissionais preparados para atuar na realidade do mundo do trabalho atual. Discorreu-se a literatura trazendo o histórico do ensino superior nas áreas da saúde buscando elencar os principais desafios para que o trabalho em ato seja cada vez mais incorporado às práticas acadêmicas. Verificou-se que atualmente ainda se observa tímida a apropriação do Sistema Único de saúde, vigorando um cenário de prestação de serviços altamente tecnificados, com uma visão ainda hospitalocêntrica dominadora. Deste modo conclui-se necessário discutir uma formação que esteja voltada aos avanços da cidadania e da realidade vivida no mundo do trabalho.

Abstract:
The goal of this study is to review the issue of higher education in health field aiming to train professionals who are prepared to act in the reality of the current world of work. It was assured that the literature brings the history of higher education in health, seeking to establish the main challenges of working, to be increasingly incorporated into academic practices. It was found that currently there is still few appropriation of the Unified Health System, with a scenario of provision of services of highly technical services and skills, that continues bases in a hospital centered view. Therefor, it is concluded that it is necessary to discuss training that is geared to advances in citizenship and in the actual reality in the world of work.
