EDUCAÇÃO E TRABALHO: UMA PERSPECTIVA DE UMA EDUCAÇÃO INTEGRADA
Há muito tempo, a humanidade se indaga o que seria ser humano integral. Partindo-se do pressuposto de que as primeiras explicações advinham da religião, tem-se que para o cristianismo a perfeição é assemelhar-se a Deus. Com o advento do Humanismo, o homem passou a ser problema, objeto e paradigma de estudo. Portanto, a resposta deve ser encontrada analisando-se o próprio homem. As declarações emitidas por dezenas de países, na Assembleia Geral das Nações Unidas, confirmam o trabalho e a educação como direitos humanos, indicando-os como imprescindíveis para uma vida digna e para uma cidadania ativa. Esse ponto de vista é corroborado por bibliografia especializada em educação profissional e ensino integrado, que apontam ser o trabalho o que caracteriza o ser humano, demonstrando, por sua vez, que a educação é instrumento de conscientização, necessária para a realização de todos os direitos humanos. Para se alcançar o ensino integrado, é preciso romper com a dualidade histórica entre educação profissional e propedêutica, que relega a primeira ao mero tecnicismo. Assim, é preciso que se alie à educação profissional as dimensões da cultura, conhecimento e tecnologia, formando seres humanos capazes de transformar a realidade e de transformarem a si mesmos, refletindo sobre a práxis do trabalho. Porém, no Brasil, o ensino integrado tem como desafio a submissão histórica da educação profissional aos interesses econômicos, pautados pelo capitalismo do tipo dependente.

Abstract:
Humanity has long wondered what it would be like to be an integral human being. Starting from the assumption that the first explanations came from religion, it is clear that for Christianity, perfection is to resemble God. With the advent of Humanism, man became a problem, object and study paradigm. Therefore, the answer must be found by analyzing the man himself. The declarations issued by dozens of countries, at the United Nations General Assembly, confirm work and education as human rights, indicating them as essential for a dignified life and active citizenship. This point of view is corroborated by a bibliography specialized in professional education and integral education, which points out that work is what characterizes the human being, demonstrating, in turn, that education is an awareness tool, necessary for the realization of all rights humans. In order to achieve integral education, it is necessary to break with the historical duality between professional and propaedeutic education, which relegates the former to mere technicality. Thus, it is necessary to combine the dimensions of culture, knowledge and technology with professional education, forming human beings capable of transforming reality and transforming themselves, reflecting on the praxis of work. However, in Brazil, integrated education has as a challenge the historical submission of professional education to economic interests, guided by dependent capitalism.
