EDUCAÇÃO E SANEAMENTO BÁSICO: O QUADRO BRASILEIRO E SEUS REFLEXOS SOBRE O ENSINO.
O presente artigo objetiva analisar o atual quadro da infraestrutura sanitária nas escolas e os impactos que esse cenário exerce na educação, aprendizagem e desenvolvimento do indivíduo enquanto ator social possuidor de liberdades. A legislação brasileira é vasta no sentido de incentivar sobre a importância de políticas públicas que visem a observância do corolário da dignidade da pessoa humana e do desenvolvimento. Para tanto, não se pode falar em desenvolvimento e dignidade sem destacar a importância que a educação possui para o progresso nacional, com o imperativo da criação de novas tecnologias, bem como na formação da consciência do indivíduo enquanto cidadão possuidor de direitos. Apesar de todo o arcabouço jurídico garantidor, a situação da infraestrutura das escolas brasileiras é alarmante e bem distante dos objetivos do desenvolvimento sustentável previsto pela Organização das Nações Unidas. Para além da inobservância das leis, a desinformação social a respeito dos seus direitos compromete significativamente a concretização da justiça socioambiental. A principal solução para a quebra desse paradigma imposto pelo modelo capitalista perpassa pela educação de caráter libertador, destacando-se os ensinamentos de Paulo Freire e do desenvolvimento como liberdade de Amartya Sen. Desta forma, utilizou-se de levantamentos em fontes bibliográficas, documentais e estatísticas para fundamentar o presente artigo de cunho predominantemente bibliográfico.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the current picture of infrastructure in schools and the impacts that this scenario has on the education, learning and development of the individual as a social actor with freedom. Brazilian legislation is vast in terms of encouraging the importance of public policies aimed at observing the corollary of human dignity and development. Therefore, one cannot talk about development and dignity without highlighting the importance that education has for national progress, with the imperative of the creation of new technologies, as well as in the formation of the conscience of the individual as a citizen with rights. Despite the full legal framework, the state of infrastructure of Brazilian schools is alarming and far from the goals of sustainable development envisaged by the United Nations. In addition to non-compliance with laws, social disinformation about their rights significantly compromises the achievement of social and environmental justice. The main solution for breaking this paradigm imposed by the capitalist model is the liberating education, highlighting the teachings of Paulo Freire and development as freedom of Amartya Sen. Thus, we used surveys in bibliographical, documentary and statistics to support this predominantly bibliographic article.
