Abstract: This study presents the results of research into the relationship between psychological science and the educational field in contemporary society, based on the analysis of a film set in Cuba, critically comparing it with our reality. Thus, the main objective of this study was to establish the relationship between education and social psychology, as two categories of analysis, revealing the influence of psychology on educational thought and practice. It is worth noting that the methodology used was qualitative descriptive, based on the selection and analysis of data contained in the research sources and in the bibliography, which allowed us to reach conclusions and notes. The results were subsequently interpreted and analyzed, in light of the theorists who make up the bibliographic references on this topic.
