EDUCAÇÃO E ÉTICA AMBIENTAL: A BUSCA PELO ALCANCE DO MEIO AMBIENTE ECOLOGICAMENTE EQUILIBRADO
Muito se tem falado a respeito da vasta legislação ambiental brasileira, que, diga-se, é avançada e completa. No entanto, a norma jurídica ambiental não consegue atingir o alcance almejado, pois carece de efetividade. Assim, justifica-se a presente pesquisa, pois é preciso combater as causas que têm levado ao distanciamento entre a norma ambiental e sua aplicabilidade no mundo real. Na busca de efetivar a norma ambiental, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo verificar a possibilidade por meio da educação ambiental formal e informal de obter a conscientização e, ainda, uma mudança de atitude pautada pela ética ambiental. Utilizou-se como metodologia a lógica dedutivo-indutiva, através de pesquisa bibliográfica, possibilitando uma reflexão acerca da conscientização através da educação ambiental e uma transformação por meio da ética ambiental. Sendo assim, tornar o direito ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado uma realidade é dever ético de todos, poder público e sociedade, sendo uma luta gradual e constante que deve permear o direito objetivo e principalmente o subjetivo na defesa dos recursos naturais. Conclui-se, portanto, que a efetivação da legislação ambiental, se dará, em primeiro lugar, com a conscientização por meio da educação ambiental formal e informal, e em segundo, com a mudança de atitude pautada pela ética ambiental.

Abstract:
It has been said a lot about the vast Brazilian environmental legislation, which one is advanced and complete. However, the environmental legal norm can not scope the desired reach, because it lacks effectiveness. Thus, the present research is justified, because it is necessary to fight the causes that have led to the distance between the environmental norm and its applicability in the real world. The aim of this study is to verify the possibility through formal and informal environmental education to obtain awareness and also a change of attitude guided by environmental ethics. Deductive-inductive logic was used as a methodology, athwart bibliographical research, enabling a reflection about the awareness over the environmental education and a transformation through environmental ethics. Thus, making the right of the ecologically balanced environment a reality is an ethical duty of all, public power and society, being a gradual and constant struggle that must permeate the objective right and especially the subjective right in the defense of natural resources. It is concluded, therefore, that the implementation of environmental legislation will be done firstly, with awareness through formal and informal environmental education, and second, by the change of attitude guided by environmental ethics.
