EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS: RELAÇÃO ALUNO E MERCADO DE TRABALHO
A Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) é uma modalidade de ensino, prescrita na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional, LDB 9394/96, e destina-se aos jovens, adultos e idosos que não concluíram a sua escolarização na considerada idade certa. A EJA atende, em sua maioria, pessoas que buscam por meio da educação, um espaço no mercado de trabalho, os quais possuem diferenças culturais, econômicas, políticas e sociais. Ante ao exposto, a presente pesquisa tem por objetivo refletir sobre as produções acadêmicas (livros, artigos, dissertações e teses) referente aos anos de 2000 a 2019, que tem como objeto a Educação de Jovens e Adultos, especialmente sobre os discentes do Ensino Médio e a relação com o mercado de trabalho. A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo, realizada por meio de uma investigação bibliográfica. Os resultados apresentados reforçam a relação da EJA com o mercado de trabalho, através da disposição de legislações educacionais voltadas as demandas capitalistas mercadológicas.

Abstract:
Youth and Adult Education (EJA) is a teaching modality, prescribed in the Law of Directives and Bases of National Education, LDB 9394/96, and is aimed at young people, adults and the elderly who have not completed their schooling at the considered age certain. The majority of EJA serves people who seek, through education, a space in the labor market, who have cultural, economic, political and social differences. In view of the above, this research aims to reflect on the academic productions (books, articles, dissertations and theses) referring to the years 2000 to 2019, which has the object of Youth and Adult Education, especially about high school students and the relationship with the labor market. The research is of a qualitative nature, carried out through a bibliographic investigation. The results presented reinforce the relationship between EJA and the labor market, through the provision of educational legislation aimed at capitalist market demands.
