EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS – EJA: AS PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS DOS PROFESSORES DE LÍNGUA PORTUGUESA E MATEMÁTICA E A EVASÃO ESCOLAR NOS 4º ANOS, 2009-2013 ESCOLAS DA REDE PÚBLICA MUNICIPAL DE UBAITABA-BAHIA/BR
O referido artigo que se apresenta partiu da curiosidade e, sobretudo, do desejo de identificar as relações e compreender quais são as interfaces que estão intrínsecas no processo do ensino e da aprendizagem, bem como, os resultados advindos dessa interação. É pertinente ressaltar que para obter-se os resultados, que se encontram postulados neste documento, fez-se necessário estabelecer um percurso a ser trilhado, o qual foi definido por meio do objetivo geral, explorar como se relacionam as práticas pedagógicas dos professores de das disciplinas críticas – Língua Portuguesa e Matemática – e a evasão escolar nos 4º Anos da EJA, no município de Ubaitaba –Bahia/BR nos últimos cinco anos (2009-2013), considerando o perfil de desempenho acadêmico dos aprendentes. Nesta perspectiva, adotou-se como aportes metodológicos o enfoque da pesquisa mista, com ênfase nos aspectos qualitativos em detrimento dos quantitativos, por demonstrarem maior proximidade com as questões sociopolíticas e culturais, a exemplo da educação e suas implicações, bem como, sustentação a nossa linha de raciocínio (problema e hipóteses levantadas). Com o intuito de não fugir aos propósitos e assegurar, efetivamente, que era imprescindível trilhar todo o percurso com consistência e segurança, optou-se inicialmente, pela revisão bibliográfica, identificação, catalogação e análises de documentos pertinentes, pesquisa de campo com ênfase na técnica da entrevista focalizada e de questionários com questões abertas e fechadas, aplicada aos sujeitos envolvidos no estudo. Embora o assunto – objeto de estudo – possibilite os mais variados olhares e concepções, é possível assegurar que os resultados, fruto da pesquisa, análises, reflexões, discussões infindáveis com teóricos, com estudiosos e/ou pesquisadores, travadas nas interlocuções, possibilitou a comprovação das impressões sobre o tema levantado e, acima de tudo, oportunizar e agudizar os olhares para que se enxerguem de uma forma menos miopizadas, sobretudo, o que diz respeito as questões relacionadas a aprendizagem, a aquisição e apropriação dos conhecimentos e informações (inter)mediadas pelos professores de Língua Portuguesa e Matemática, na respectiva modalidade de ensino.

Abstract:
The article entitled YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION: The practices of Portuguese and Mathematics teachers and school dropout, 2019-2013, in the public schools in Ubaitaba-Bahia / BR presented here, started from the curiosity and, above all, from the desire to identify relationships and understand what are the interfaces in the process of teaching and learning, as well as the results from this interaction. It is pertinent to point out that in order to obtain the results, which are postulated in this document, it is necessary to establish a path to be followed, which was defined through the general objective, to explore how the pedagogical practices of teachers of the critical subjects - Portuguese and Martemática - are related. and dropout in the 4th year of YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION in Ubaitaba-Bahia / BR in the last five years, considering the students' academic performance profile. From this perspective, the methodological approach adopted was the focus of mixed research, with emphasis on qualitative rather than quantitative aspects, as they demonstrated greater proximity to socio-political and cultural issues, such as education and its implications, as well as supporting our line of reasoning (problems and hypotheses raised). In order not to escape the purposes and effectively ensure that it was essential to follow the entire path consistently and safely, we initially chose to review the literature, identify, catalog and analyze relevant documents, field research with emphasis on technique of focused interview and questionnaires with open and closed questions, applied to the subjects involved in the study. Although the subject matter of the study makes possible the most varied looks and conceptions, it is possible to assure that the results, obtained through the research, analyzes, reflections, discussions, interlocutions, made it possible to prove the impressions about the theme raised and, above all, the Concerning the issues related to dropouts, pedagogical practices and especially, how the learning process takes place, the acquisition and appropriation of knowledge and information intermediated by the teachers of Potuguês and Mathematics, in the respective teaching modality
