EDUCAÇÃO CONTINUADA: CURSO PARA PROFISSIONAIS DA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA SOBRE INFECÇÃO DO TRATO URINÁRIO
As Infecções do Trato Urinário são as doenças que mais acometem
o ser humano e contemplam a lista de internações por condições sensíveis à
atenção primária à saúde no Brasil. Essa lista compreende um rol de doenças
e agravos a saúde cuja morbimortalidade pode ser evitada por meio de
serviços efetivos de saúde. Diante dos desafios impostos para efetiva
implantação do cuidado integral em saúde, torna-se necessário pensar na
qualificação dos profissionais e processos de trabalho. Para atender a essa
necessidade, objetivou-se identificar qual seria a melhor estratégia para
disponibilização de um curso livre para atualização profissional sobre
Tratamento e manejo de Infecção do Trato urinário. Essa identificação ocorreu
por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as modalidades de educação
frente a problemática instalada pela Covid-19. Os artigos foram selecionados
de forma aleatória, de acordo com o interesse dos pesquisadores e do objetivo
do presente estudo. Para encontrar o material foram utilizadas a Biblioteca
Virtual em Saúde e Google Acadêmico, utilizando-se as seguintes palavras
“COVID-19”, “Educação Continuada”, “Atenção Primária a Saúde” e “Infecções
Urinárias”. Identificou-se que a Covid-19 mudou o cenário da educação em
todo o mundo fortalecendo assim as atividades desenvolvidas virtualmente. Os
cursos de Educação a Distância permitem assim maior flexibilidade para a
realização das atividades, além de não exigirem o deslocamento dos
profissionais, o que pode facilitar a participação dos profissionais. Estas buscas
foram conclusivas para a definição do curso sobre ITU na modalidade EAD por
meio do ambiente virtual de aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Urinary Tract Infections arethe most affect humans and include in
the list of hospitalizations for conditions sensitive to primary health care in
Brazil. This comprises a list of diseases and health problems whose morbidity
and mortality can be avoided through effective health services. Faced the
challenges imposed for effective implementation of full health care, it is
necessary to think about professional qualification and work processes. To
attend this need, the aim was to identify the best strategy for providing a free
course for professional updating on the Treatment and Management of Urinary
Tract Infection. This identification took place through a bibliographic review
about education modalities in the face of problem installed by Covid-19. The
papers were selected randomized, according to interest of researchers and the
aim of the present study. To researchthe material, the Virtual Health Library and
Google Scholar were used, using the following words “COVID-19”, “Continuing
Education”, “Primary Health Care” and “Urinary Infections”. It was identified that
Covid-19 changed education scenario around the world, thus strengthening the
activities carried out virtually. Distance Education courses thus allow greater
flexibility in carrying out activities, in addition to not requiringdisplacement of
professionals, which can facilitate professionals participation . These
researches were conclusive for definition of course on ITU in the EAD modality,
through the virtual learning environment.
