EDUCAÇÃO COM IMIGRANTES HAITIANOS: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA NA PROMOÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS
O presente artigo, apresenta um relato de experiência do projeto “O Haiti é Aqui”: Aprendendo Juntos, em sua fase inicial, no primeiro e segundo semestre de 2018. O trabalho foi desenvolvido pelos estudantes do Curso de Magistério da E.E.B. Dr. Jorge Lacerda em parceria com alunos de Licenciaturas e com imigrantes haitianos matriculados na Universidade da Região de Joinville (Univille). Nos últimos anos, a matrícula de crianças e adolescentes imigrantes haitianos intensificou se nas escolas públicas, estabelecendo novos olhares, diálogos e práticas educativas de acolhimento e itegração social. A ausência de políticas públicas para imigração, barreiras linguísticas e diferenças culturais levam a instituição escolar a deparar-se com mais um grande desafio em seu dever constitucional de universalizar a educação para a população de 4 a 17 anos. Diante desta nova demanda, as instituições formadoras de professores questionam-se como esta inclusão pode se efetivar no contexto escolar e quais ações podem ser desenvolvidas, considerando as diferenças étnicas e linguísticas, no processo de escolarização desses imigrantes. O projeto, desde sua fase inicial, buscou contribuir para a inclusão social de crianças e adolescentes imigrantes haitianos através da aprendizagem da língua portuguesa e do seu pertencimento e interação nas escolas da rede pública estadual. Para o desenvolvimento do projeto, os estudantes brasileiros, fossem do Magistério ou da Universidade, participaram de reflexões em torno dos temas imigração e direitos humanos. Através de rodas de conversas, discutiram suas vivências, o exercício da docência e se sensibilizaram para a transformação da realidade, com todos aprendendo juntos

Abstract:
This article presents an experience report about the project “O Haiti é Aqui”: Aprendendo Juntos in its early period, during the first and second semesters of 2018. The project was developed by a partnership between the students of the teaching course at Dr. Jorge Lacerda state school and the enrolled Haitian immigrant students at Universidade da Região de Joinville (Univille). In previous years, the immigrant child and teenager enrollment has significantly increased in Brazilian state schools setting new perspectives, dialogs and pedagogical practices for hosting and social inclusion. The lack of immigration public policies, barriers of language and cultural issues have led the educational institutions to face one more big challenge to its duty of universalize the scholar education to the 6 from 14 years old population. This new demand has made the educational institutions for teachers ask themselves about how this inclusion can be made possible at state schools and which actions can be developed regarding the ethnical and linguistic differences inside the educational process of these immigrants. The project intended to contribute to the immigrant children and teenagers social inclusion through Portuguese learning, integration and interaction at state schools. For the projects’s development, the Brazilian students took part in discussions and reflections about immigration and human rights. During conversation circle events, they discussed their experiences, the role of teaching and the transformation of the reality while everyone learned together.
