EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL PARA A MELHORIA CONTÍNUA DO PLANO DE LOGÍSTICA SUSTENTÁVEL DA COMPANHIA NACIONAL DE ABASTECIMENTO SUPERINTENDÊNCIA REGIONAL DE SÃO PAULO
Várias são as iniciativas que tentam
responder aos desafios da sustentabilidade
e uma delas é a educação ambiental (EA). O
estudo apresentou como objetivo geral propor
ações de EA para contribuir com a melhoria
contínua dos resultados do plano de logística
sustentável (PLS) da Companhia Nacional de
Abastecimento e como objetivos específicos,
conhecer as opiniões dos funcionários em
relação ao PLS e às atividades realizadas
durante a sua execução no primeiro ciclo,
analisar os relatórios de consumo de serviços
e bens relacionados no PLS, além de identificar
as lições aprendidas pelos integrantes da
comissão gestora do PLS ao longo do período
de implantação. Foi uma pesquisa aplicada, com
abordagem mista. Quanto aos objetivos, tratouse
de uma pesquisa de avaliação. As etapas
metodológicas foram: pesquisa documental,
aplicação de survey aos funcionários e realização
de grupo focal, para se chegar ao tratamento
e análise dos dados. Apesar de nem todas as
metas do PLS terem sido alcançadas, observouse
resultados favoráveis em todos os aspectos
analisados, com aprovação dos funcionários
às atividades desenvolvidas, chegando-se
a sistematização de dez lições aprendidas.
Ao final, foram apresentadas 21 ações de EA
que podem ser incorporadas ao novo ciclo do
PLS, visando à melhoria contínua do mesmo.
O estudo mostrou-se relevante e de ampla
contribuição às instituições da administração
pública que pretendem dar os primeiros
passos no sentido de implantar suas ações
de educação ambiental, bem como àqueles
que vem enfrentando desafios ao selecionar
as melhores práticas de sustentabilidade e
alcançar os resultados propostos em seus PLS.

Abstract:
There are several initiatives that try to respond to the challenges of
sustainability and one of them is environmental education (EE). The study presented as
a general objective to propose actions of EE to contribute to the continuous improvement
of the results of the Sustainable Logistics Plan (SLP) of the national supply Company
and as specific objectives, to know the opinions of employees in Relation to the SLP
and the activities performed during its implementation in the first cycle, analyze the
reports of consumption of services and related goods in the SLP, besides identifying
the lessons learned by the members of the Management committee of the SLP over
the period of deployment. It was an applied research, with a mixed approach. As for the
objectives, it was an evaluation survey. The methodological steps were: documentary
research, application of survey to employees and realization of focal group, to reach
the treatment and analysis of the data. Although not all the goals of the SLP were
achieved, favorable results were observed in all aspects analyzed, with approval of the
employees to the activities developed, and the systematization of ten lessons learned.
At the end, 21 environmental education actions that can be incorporated into the new
SLP cycle were presented, aiming at the continuous improvement of the same. The
study proved to be relevant and broad contribution to public administration institutions
wishing to take the first steps towards implementing their EE actions, as well as those
who have been facing challenges when selecting the best practices of Sustainability
and achieve the proposed results in its PLS.
